Great
MMack ChengService: Very good.
Environment: Right by the sea, the surrounding area is excellent.
Cleanliness: As it's a newly opened hotel, the cleanliness is still okay.
Facilities: The indoor environment is very nice, but the balcony is a bit plain. The rooftop pool is beautiful.
GGuest UserThe hotel entrance was a bit tricky to locate, requiring a turn into a small side street. However, the excellent service and spacious rooms, perfect for family travel, truly stood out. For first-timers to Dubai, the night view from the room is a significant highlight, showcasing the city's most vibrant main roads and architecture. Its prime location also means most attractions are easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast is provided, offering a decent selection of classic Western dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
AAnonymous UserTo all my photography-loving sisters, I highly recommend this hotel! It's made up of several buildings within the old town, and each building has multiple rooms that are perfect for photoshoots themselves. Plus, staying here makes it super convenient to explore the old street market and snap some great pictures! Every morning, we'd go for breakfast at 8 AM, and the streets would be completely empty, so we could just take photos freely without needing to edit them! It stays pretty uncrowded until about 9:30 AM. The hotel breakfast is also delicious, and the rooms are very clean!
MM255441****The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. Plus, it's quite well-equipped; I've stayed in other Dubai hotels that didn't even provide slippers or toiletries, but this one has them. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping.
DDanica GraceThe Hotel offers a unique stay as a historic cruise ship turned floating hotel and I enjoy the vintage maritime atmosphere and friendly service of the staffs.
SSofia_PoeWhen I arrived, the room I had originally booked was unavailable, so I was upgraded to a suite instead.
The suite was well equipped, with a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee provided. Amenities included soap, shampoo and body wash, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste (though there was no conditioner). Everything was clean and functional.
The staff were mostly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was also able to book a ticket to the Museum of the Future through a tour agency at the hotel. The price was higher than the official ticket (250 vs 169), but as tickets were sold out on the official website, it was still a convenient option and better than missing out entirely.
Breakfast was good, with plenty of options and generally good quality.
Overall, a comfortable stay with helpful service and solid facilities.

AA HamoudaThe location is good
The parking is free for guests but very limited space and very tiny Not clean and there is bad smell
The hotel is nice but they need to care more about the cleanness
There is no room services
But housekeeping is helpful when you ask something.
I checked in at 10 pm so I asked for late check out and they still weak me up at 11 am, and even after confirming my request thy keep calling
GGuest UserThere were very few Chinese guests at this hotel; most were from Europe and the Americas. The hotel has a swimming pool, which was lovely for a swim. Breakfast was just okay. One of the staff members at the front desk was quite rude; I felt he wasn't suited for the service industry. He had a sour expression the entire time I was dealing with him.

11342392****So-so. The location is pretty good, with a food street and subway nearby. However, the hotel breakfast is very poor and not fresh. I don't recommend booking with breakfast included.

JJuly_WaiThis was our third time staying here. Overall, we like the hotel, but we were very disappointed with the water situation during this stay.
We informed the staff that there was no cold water available. Considering how hot the weather is in Dubai, guests should at least be able to take a cool shower. Unfortunately, even with the cold tap turned on, the water was extremely hot, almost like boiling water.
After spending time outside in the heat, being unable to take a proper cold shower was very uncomfortable. We hope the hotel can address this issue, as it significantly affected our stay.
