GGuest UserStaff was very helpful and polite, room was tastefully decorated and properly cleaned. All toiletries were placed properly. In restaurant also eating stuff was delicious. Tea was also having excellent taste.

GGuest UserHotel alfa is a great place to stay in lucknow, especially near charbagh railway station and the metro. The staff is very friendly, making the stay comfortable. I always choose this hotel whenever i visit lucknow. Highly recommended for travelers!
