Taj Mahal Lucknow ★★★★★
"There are some hotels you stay at, and then there are hotels that make you feel genuinely cared for. Taj Mahal Lucknow belongs to the latter. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmth and hospitality that the Taj brand is known for. The property is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, making our stay extremely comfortable. Every corner of the hotel reflects attention to detail and timeless sophistication. What truly stood out was the service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were courteous, attentive, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. It's this level of hospitality that transforms a good stay into a memorable one. The food was another highlight. Whether it was breakfast or other meals, everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The hotel also offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere despite being located in the heart of the city, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers."
Click Collection Lucknow ★★★

Holiday Inn LUCKNOW AIRPORT by IHG ★★★★

Lemon Tree Hotel Lucknow ★★★★
"Lemon Tree is an excellent hotel with beautiful rooms, great food quality, and very friendly staff. One of the best things about Lemon Tree is its commitment to providing employment opportunities to specially-abled individuals, training them, and giving them the opportunity to serve guests professionally. This is truly appreciable. A special thanks to Neeraj and Satendra.Shyamu from F&B. Both are very kind, helpful, and wonderful young professionals. Overall, an amazing experience. Nice, nice, nice! Highly recommended!"
Renaissance Lucknow Hotel ★★★★★
"I recently stayed at Renaissance Lucknow Hotel for a night and overall it was a good experience. The hotel has a typical conventional five-star feel and the staff was polite and welcoming. The breakfast spread was good and the restaurant team was attentive. I would also like to mention Mahesh Chhetri from the restaurant team for his helpful and courteous service. There is a little scope for improvement in terms of overall cleanliness, which could be slightly better. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. 😊"
Hotel di Arch Lucknow ★★★
"Great experience in hotel di arch food quality is also good room cleaning properly all services so good reception staff very cooperative aakanksha krati kushmesh and raj...."
Saraca Hotel Lucknow ★★★★★
"We stayed here with my family. It was very comfortable and relaxing. Thanks to Miss Simrita for her assistance throughout our stay."
Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow ★★★★★
"Very disappointing experience – Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow and had reserved an accessible room because I was travelling with my disabled husband. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was not up to the standard I expected. It was not properly clean, and there were visible stains on the bedding. For a hotel of this category, the cleanliness and room condition were unacceptable. The staff service was also very unprofessional. I asked the porter to help take my luggage downstairs, but after waiting for around 30 minutes with no assistance, I eventually had to take my luggage down myself. The breakfast was also disappointing and, in my opinion, did not meet the standard expected from a five-star property. Overall, the experience did not match the hotel's advertised standard or the price we paid. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would suggest considering other hotels in the same price range. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, particularly regarding cleanliness, accessibility, staff responsiveness, and overall service standards."
