とても良かったです。 スタッフの親切さ、部屋の綺麗さ、景色の良さ、朝食の質に満足しました。街の中心からは少し離れていますが、歩くこと自体が観光なので余裕でした。 また行くことがあってもここに泊まりたいです。 電話を使いたい事情があったのですが、日本からの携帯はeSIM番号無しのため困っていたら、オーナー気軽に親切に携帯を貸してくださいました。とても親切でした。 朝食も美味しかったし、スタッフの方が食事の感想や他に欲しいものがないか尋ねてくれたり、大満足でした。

Very nice, family run B&B old style Italian country house with good size grounds. Well stocked common kitchen, good breakfast, well sized room with full facilities. Lots of space for parking. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Altogether, a very good place to stay at whilst visiting the area around Perugia.

Come to Perugia University for business trip. The center of Perugia is the top of the mountain. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the ”prosperous” road on the top of the mountain. Restaurants and attractions are there, and it is very convenient to walk to Perugia University.

The bad room is very bad: hands-on, forced to be folded to not beat your head (also in the bathroom); old furniture, decent cleaning, small windows. Despite this, the hotel hides very beautiful and ancient parts (a wonderful reading room at the third floor, breakfast room, a common balcony with table and chairs, the outer face covered with hera) but as the name suggests, it needs much Fortune I am about the room. Good breakfast, not very good (including that it was paid separately). A friendly and very available staff, this is. Eventually beds or cuffs for small children for payment. Possibility to leave baggage after check-out. The location is certainly exceptional, almost in the centre, but it is also to be borne in mind that being close to the rooms and restaurants there will be a lot of noise at night and night. Attention to reach the hotel in car, because to get out the area you pass through very narrow streets. In the end, it was very comfortable to walk, but it was quite too expensive for the old and decrepit room they have turned us back (and they don't show any photos on the internet).

1) Excellent location near the highway , location that allows you to visit the countries near Perugia to then get back easily. To go to the center of Perugia you need to reach a central parking in the city 1 km from the hotel but the Parking is very easy to reach. 2) Free parking in hotel. 3) A little date but clean rooms. 4) Customers and advisors/attentions.  5) Good breakfast (both salty and sweet) in a very bright room. 6) excellent quality/price/position ratio. 7) single bad note: problems with the Wi-Fi signal only partially resolved.  

In fact, there is a distance from Perugia, suitable for self-driving. But there is free parking. The hotel is small, but clean and the room has a refrigerator. The front desk is very good in English.
