Great
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from Ise Station. The front desk is on the second floor, and the staff are very welcoming. Also on the second floor is a public indoor hot spring bath. The room provides disposable slippers, and there are complimentary lotions and toners available. There's an Aeon supermarket about a 10-minute walk away, mainly selling food, but it doesn't offer tax-free shopping.
66015****The room, though not large, was very new and clean. It's located right across from the JR train station, making transportation incredibly convenient.
GGuest UserTo get to the Geku Shrine of Ise, we had to take a slight detour, so we left our luggage there and enjoyed Ise at our leisure. There was no convenience store, but there was a supermarket just across the road, so we were able to get a cheap dinner. Thank you very much😊
GGuest UserIt's a twin room, but it might be perfect for someone who wants to feel a little luxurious by themselves! The shower and toilet are separate, and the sink is also separate! It's also great for people who want to buy things at the hotel and take them home for dinner! There's even a microwave in the room!
ららむあんこUpon arrival, they played a welcome drum. The room was nicely cleaned and we had a pleasant stay. There was a wide variety of dishes at dinner, more than we could eat, but since it was in our room, we were able to enjoy it at our leisure. The bath was lovely with a tatami floor.
I was told that toothbrushes were charged, but this was not listed in the hotel details, so it would be nice if this was stated. It would also be helpful if amenities were placed so that only those who wanted them could choose them.
There were two sets of towels and bath towels in the room, which were great to be able to use for bathing twice a day, at night and in the morning.
The staff also gave us detailed explanations.
DDmitrii OvsiannikovThe hotel is located not far from the station, and there’s a supermarket nearby. Within a 10-minute walk, there are some small restaurants, but be prepared—they’re too small to comfortably fit a family.
I have two major complaints about the hotel:
1. The booking didn’t mention that parking spaces are limited and not managed by the hotel staff, so anyone can park there. We arrived from Tokyo and had to use a paid parking lot near the hotel.
2. At breakfast, you have to wait in line because tables are cleared very slowly. You come down for breakfast and end up waiting about 15 minutes before you’re seated.
3. There’s no way to adjust the air conditioner temperature—only the fan speed. The room was very cold, and you could easily catch a cold.
ここったくんWe stayed here to visit Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks) and Mikimoto Pearl Island. We took a bus from Naiku (Inner Shrine) and got off at Futami Sogo Shisho-mae (Futami General Branch Office). It was an easy walk of just a few minutes to the hotel via Family Mart.
We also appreciated being able to use the private baths from 3:00 PM without a reservation. We opted for breakfast, and you could choose between Japanese and Western style. Not only was it delicious, but the view from the 10th floor was also fantastic, making for a very pleasant morning.
Meoto Iwa was less than a 10-minute walk away. Mikimoto Pearl Island was less than a 20-minute bus ride from the east entrance of Meoto Iwa (though be sure to check the bus schedule as they are infrequent). I'd love to see Meoto Iwa at sunrise (or sunset) and also visit Toba Aquarium, so I'd definitely like to stay here again then.
GGuest UserThe main purpose of this trip was to visit the inner and lower shrines of Ise Grand Shrine, so I was satisfied with the location. The shuttle bus and front desk service were also pleasant, so staying multiple nights was the right decision. The breakfast food was delicious. My only complaints were that the room was a little small for three elderly people to relax in, and the toilet was small. I think it would be helpful if the toilet had something to hold on to. However, it was a fun and memorable trip. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Castle Inn Ise for your help.
GGuest UserThe front desk was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant I taught was the best and it was helpful to call a taxi. The facilities are never new and not luxurious, but it was comfortable enough to stay for sightseeing nearby. The room and bedding were clean enough, but I was worried about the smell of the toilet in the unit bath. Also, the sound of the next room can be heard a little when it is quiet. The parking lot was large and the price was cheap, so I am satisfied enough overall.
GGuest UserIt's about an 8-minute walk from Kintetsu Station and about a 7-minute walk from JR Station. The room was a bit old, but very clean. The front desk staff were very welcoming and offered luggage storage. Free ice is available on the first floor, and complimentary tea and coffee are available at certain times.
