"I chose this hotel because the room rates were reasonable, it's close to the station, has a public bath, and includes a breakfast plan. The room was clean, and since I stayed for multiple nights, I only requested a change of towels and bath towels. The staff's greetings, polite language, and kind attitude made for a very pleasant stay. The amenities were plentiful, and I appreciated the complimentary ice pops and coffee. Although the bath wasn't natural hot springs, it was clean, and after bathing, my body didn't get cold, and my fatigue was relieved. I also used the self-service laundry as I had more stays elsewhere, and it was very clean and excellent. The Ise udon for breakfast was delicious, prepared proactively by the staff. I definitely want to come back here again for my next visit to Ise."

"The rooms in this hotel are incredibly small; we couldn't even open two suitcases. When we first entered our room, there was a huge bug. We asked for a higher floor, but the front desk initially said there weren't any available. However, when I mentioned the bug, suddenly a room on a higher floor became available, which was clearly an attempt to deceive us. On the positive side, the hotel has an open-air hot spring on the upper floor, which is a big plus. It's about a 15-minute walk to Ise Station."

"•the hotel is very big and it take a long walk from the lobby to the room and the room to the onsen •the room was decorated simply muji style and was spacious •the onsens was near the lobby and the water is not hotspring water but herbal/floral water •although the onsen was spacious but the onsen was dirty; there are hair floating on the surface of the water everywhere •the onsen outdoor is only lukewarm and there were insects floating • there are shampoo and shower cream provided but there are no body lotion provided in the makeup room the hairdryer is not good •you have to make reservationfor the breakfast in the morning beforehand otherwise our choice might not be available •you can choose to eat breakfast from 5-6 restaurants and there is time slots to choose from •we chose the 9:00am time slot for the ochazake set it was a traditional japanese breakfast some of is didn’t enjoy it because it has too limited choice •we walked around the hotel it was huge we went to the organic farm house to shop for local goods and went to drink coffee sarutahiko the cofee and matcha was soo goodd must try!"

"The hospitality was fantastic! We requested a shuttle bus, and the driver gave us recommendations on the best ways to visit the shrine and the best shops. He even lent us a machine to dry our wet shoes when we returned from the rain. Everyone was so kind. The distance to the Naiku Shrine was also perfect, allowing us to visit early in the morning. We made use of the open-air bath in our room, the large public bath, and the private open-air bath, and the hot water left our skin feeling silky smooth! Bathing in the hot springs while enjoying forest bathing was incredibly relaxing. Thank you for your excellent service. I would definitely like to use your services again."

"This annex, newly opened in 2023, is super convenient! It's just a 5-minute walk from Ise Station, and another 5 minutes to a Family Mart. The train station to Ise Jingu Shrine is right downstairs. There's a mini-bar in the lobby that's open all day. For breakfast, every guest gets one large and two small croissants, and they're delicious! Plus, there's a microwave on every floor. The sheets, bedding, and bathroom – everything is spotless. All the staff are incredibly polite and friendly. I even saw them cleaning rooms, working together like a well-oiled team."

"I stayed here during a trip to Ise-Shima. I only stayed here for one night, so I don't know about the hotel's food, but overall I was satisfied. Pros: The semi-double room was spacious and the bed was large. As a smoker, I was able to smoke my cigarette in my room. The large communal bath had an open-air bath and a great view. Amenities were available in the room and at the front desk. It's a little far from the station, so there is a shuttle bus to Ise-Shi Station. Cons: One of the two elevators was broken, so it took a long time and we had to wait quite a while. Detergent is sold separately for use of the coin laundry. The bed was spacious, but the room was small. There were a few stains on the duvet. There are no restaurants around the hotel, so your only options are to buy food at the convenience store opposite or eat around the station. Perhaps because it's further away from the station than the surrounding hotels, the price was reasonable and I was very satisfied with my stay. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Ise-Shima."

As it's in Mie Prefecture, there are some really delicious Matsusaka beef restaurants. The vegetables are locally sourced. Personally, the miso soup at the breakfast buffet was outstanding."

"--- I spent one night at this hotel and was very satisfied. It is easy to find, which makes the stay hassle-free. Check-in was smooth - thanks to the online check-in system, everything was quick and easy. The room was small but clean and perfectly adequate for one night. The location is good, which makes the stay even more pleasant. I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay, but for a night or two it is a good choice. Plus, English is spoken here, which makes communication easier."

"This is the first time I have encountered a hot spring hotel where you take off your shoes as soon as you enter the door and you can walk barefoot throughout the hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to Yukiyokocho and Naimiya. The only drawback is that the food is not very delicious. I don’t know.
