Amazing
KKatieridgwayI had an excellent stay at this property. The location is perfect for anyone needing to be near the airport—just a short drive away, which made arriving and departing incredibly convenient. The space itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process seamless, which I really appreciated after a long journey.
The surrounding area has everything you might need, from restaurants and cafes to shops, making it easy to grab a bite or pick up essentials without going far. Overall, it was a stress-free and comfortable experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area, whether it’s for a quick stopover or a longer stay. I would definitely stay here again.
霍霍Good location in the old city
The hotel is a traditional Moroccan architecture very special
The owner and service staff are very friendly
The breakfast is simple but it tastes good, especially the homemade orange jam and orange juice, as well as various cakes
The only thing to improve is some hotel facilities such as loose faucets
GGuest UserThis was the best hotel/Riad (7 in total) we stayed at during our trip. The location was perfect - in a busy and lively area of the old city, but not too difficult to find if your driver drops you off by the correct entrance.
We were greeted warmly by the manager and her team, who made sure that we had everything that was needed to make our stay special. The Riad is beautiful and cozy with seating in small little coves here and there. Our room was beautifully decorated - simple, but stylish and super clean.
We were always greeted with smiles that were genuine and not forced, and felt that the team here really enjoyed their jobs and took pride in showing the best that Marrakesh has to offer.
We had a spectacular breakfast on the roof terrace. It was more than the simple Moroccan breakfast and we really appreciated the efforts they made to keep everyone warm with blankets.
This Riad will now be placed on our “highly recommend and must return to” list.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and amazing hospitality.
FFede UrThe Riad is absolutely lovely — charming Moroccan design, a peaceful courtyard, and a rooftop terrace perfect for breakfast or winding down. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, yet quiet enough to relax.
Our room was spotless, the air-con worked well, and everything felt clean and fresh. Breakfast was generous and tasty, served on the terrace with a relaxed vibe.
I’m giving 4 out of 5 for service only because staff didn’t regularly check the rooms. Sometimes essentials like toilet paper or… weren’t restocked unless we asked. The team was friendly, but a little more attention would’ve made it perfect.
Overall, it’s a beautiful stay and I’d absolutely recommend it.
GGuest UserI stayed at this riad in Marrakech for two nights (two people). When I booked through Trip.com, the confirmation clearly stated that the total amount to be paid at the hotel was 10 EUR (100 MAD). However, upon check-in/checkout, the riad charged us 160 MAD as “city tax,” which is far higher than what was indicated in the official booking confirmation.
I believe the riad overcharged us.
City tax should be consistent with the amount shown in the booking confirmation, and guests should not be surprised with extra charges that were never mentioned beforehand. This experience made us feel misled and uncomfortable.
I hope the riad can clarify this discrepancy and improve transparency for future guests. At the very least, charges should match the information provided in the booking details.
AAnonymous UserIt was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking.
There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice.
I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade.
The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though.
The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

Good
AAlbertoDespite it being difficult to find for Marrakech newcomers (we needed some help from very welcoming and helpful local kids), the Riad Is a wonderful go-back to the past glory of Medina.
A great smile welcomed us with the warmth of a lovely family member and after we settled in the room, we were served with local tea and pastries.
We felt immediately at home.
It's in the center of Medina, but the view from the terrace has a park.
Freshly made breakfast was served in the morning together with delicious coffee and abounding tea.
We know it already is going to be out choice for the next time.
Living Marrakech the Morocco's way is much more than simply visiting Medina.
It's all about where you spend the night!
Thank you for all the attention!
Only a few rooms are available, so... Book then now!
AAnonymous UserVery friendly and welcoming staff, the room is spacious. The hotel is near the city center train station, McDonald's, KFC and Starbucks. It is very cheap to take a taxi to the attractions. The hotel swimming pool is also very wide. I can't believe that this hotel is only 40 pounds.
Mmattie graceThe hotel is clean, the workers are all very kind and helpful... when I checked in I asked if I could stay 1 more night so they helped to do this and then gave me a larger room for free, because I was staying a extra night.
They helped to bring my bags up with the elevator and showed me to my room. I felt very safe staying here also as a female who was staying alone.
The place has nice Moroccan touchs like the detail on the doors / door ways, light fixtures... etc
Sorry forgot to take any photos, but here is a screenshot of a video I sent to show someone what my room looked like.
I was originally nervous about the cleanliness from the reviews on here, but it was nice and clean and they will clean the room daily if you are gone or if you are there if you would like them to around 2-3 pm
It had a small fridge in the room, a vanity / desk, Tv with local channel + the usual.
GGuest UserWe didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
