"A light air of ****** covered up with incredibly strong smells of cleaning chemicals and oud or patchouli or smoke. The air control did not work in my room. The shower will flood your bathroom. The desk is too small to work at. The wait staff at the desk will gladly try to serve you if they care to understand, the help . staff avert your gaze when the wait staff are in view. Also the hot water is boiling and then lukewarm to cold within 10 minutes."

GGuest UserFirst they couldn’t find our booking in their system. It took almost 1hour and after we contacted trip.com then they could find it. They first gave us a total different room then we had booked, but after a hour they called us that we could move to a other room just like we had booked.

GGuest UserIt is located in front of the main bus route in Jeddah and the bus stop is nearby, so it is very convenient if you are planning to take a bus trip. It is adjacent to Jeddah TeamLab and within walking distance of the old town, so I think the location is very good. The breakfast buffet was also Arabic-style and delicious.

GGuest UserThere is something wrong with the bed. I slept for a few nights and my whole body was itchy. I don’t know what’s going on. I didn’t have this feeling during my trip to UAE. I feel like I need to disinfect it… It’s so scary, such a bad feeling. This trouble has been bothering me for my next trip to Morocco…

GGuest Userكان عندي مناسبه بنفس الفندق ولذلك نزلت فيه ، الفندق جزء مجدد وجزء جداً قديم ، ونزلت بالجزء القديم لان القسم المجدد كان ممتلي . الفندق نظيف ولكن جداً جداً قديم للأسف ، يحتاج تجديد اطلاله الغرفة كانت خلفيه على عماير و اسطح بنايه وكان صوت المكيفات مزعج ، بصراحة ما يستحق المقابل المالي للأقامة ،

AAINAGULВ соотношении цены и качества приемлимо, удобное месторасположение, вайфай в отеле очень медленный, к сожалению не было предоставленной воды и чай в качестве компонента, воду нужно было покупать у персонала чем меня удивило такое отношение. Пульт от кондиционера не работал. А целом номер не плохой
