4-Star Hotels in Jeddah

Our stay was incredibly comfortable, and the whole family felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We had such a wonderful time together—everyone was smiling and enjoying every minute of our vacation. The food was absolutely delicious, with so many tasty options that we looked forward to every meal.

Most everything about this hotel was good except 3 out of 10 days I stayed the room did not get cleaned. Even though the make up room was turned on. And several of the days the toiletries and coffee supplies were not replenished. The only other downside is that there are no walkable restaurants nearby and the restaurant in the hotel is very very overpriced, particularly the breakfast buffet.

It was overall and ok stay, nothing wow about it considering the high price point. Breakfast was normal.

The room is not big, but the location is good, not far from the King's Fountain. The breakfast is great, with many choices, the Arabic food is completely acceptable, and there are some regular choices. The scenery outside the morning restaurant is also good.

The hotel is a few blocks from the beach, but it's only a few minutes' taxi ride away, so the location is pretty good, and it's great value for money. The hotel breakfast is made by Indian chefs and features a lot of Indian curries and other dishes, offering a decent variety. The room is a bit small; the double bed is smaller than those at Aloft, making it feel a little cramped. The rooftop pool, however, is quite nice.

I recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality. The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

We are leaving Mövenpick Hotel Jeddah today with happy hearts and complete satisfaction. From the very first welcome, we felt valued and cared for. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making our stay truly enjoyable. Every detail reflected excellent hospitality and high standards. Thank you for making our time in Jeddah so special and memorable. We leave very happy and highly satisfied, and we would love to return again, in shaa Allah! 🌟✨

Other than the warm welcome from Hussam Alzahrani, the rest was average and below average hotel. It seems that so much was done for this hotel but it was not properly operationalized. A little touch from the management would make a great hotel out of it.

The tv in the room was not working. The WiFi is public not private per room. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. I do recommend.

Nice hotel in a nice area. The place needs renovation and they are working on it. Good value for money and very good breakfast.
