GGuest UserLovely hotel very clean and calm and peaceful. Gym was smaller than expected and weights don’t go more than 20kg. Ac works great. The pillows were like balloons which wasn’t comfortable but overall stay was lovely.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is convenient. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I would like to thank the reception for arranging a shuttle bus to pick me from the airport in such a short notice.
The rooms smells a little bit moldy. The contact number on the APP is incorrect. I would appreciate any improvements around these two issues.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.
The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality.
The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient.
I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

DderekjzThe hotel is a few blocks from the beach, but it's only a few minutes' taxi ride away, so the location is pretty good, and it's great value for money. The hotel breakfast is made by Indian chefs and features a lot of Indian curries and other dishes, offering a decent variety. The room is a bit small; the double bed is smaller than those at Aloft, making it feel a little cramped. The rooftop pool, however, is quite nice.

GGuest UserOther than the warm welcome from Hussam Alzahrani, the rest was average and below average hotel. It seems that so much was done for this hotel but it was not properly operationalized. A little touch from the management would make a great hotel out of it.

The only thing that was bad for me was the pool, the water was so cold 🥶 so bad for the kids.
