The location is good, right next to the subway station, so you can get anywhere. The room offers great value for money, and the front desk staff are excellent. Breakfast is decent, with all the basics, and the room is clean and tidy!

The facilities are a bit old, but the breakfast is good. It's located near the restaurant featured in that variety show, only a few hundred meters away. It's a decent place to stay.

Great place amazing customer service. I felt super safe as a solo female traveler! The waiter Vincent at the restaurant downstairs was amazing, an absolutely fantastic lad! The rooms appear outdated but they’re sooo clean. The maids made sure to bring us many bottles of water everyday. Fantastic stay can’t wait to come again.

I recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality. The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. We initially booked a standard room for two ladies, but to our pleasant surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a junior suite at no extra cost. We didn’t catch the names of the staff who assisted us, but we would like to express our sincere gratitude for their thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality. Since we are from Riyadh, our friends from Jeddah came to visit us at the hotel. What was supposed to be a simple overnight stay turned into a fun and memorable get-together, as the suite was very spacious and even had a comfortable living area — perfect for bonding and relaxation. We highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah. Everything was beyond our expectations — the service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. Inshallah, when we visit Jeddah again, we will definitely stay here once more. 🌟

Facilities: The hotel is quite new and the room equipment is good Service: The service is very good. The hotel front desk prepared iced fruit drinks, Arabic coffee, cookies and dates for us to try for free. The guy at the front desk also enthusiastically taught us Arabic and introduced how to say thank you and hello in Arabic. Environment: The location of the hotel is not very good. Although it seems to be very close to the airport and the Sea Mosque, the amusement park and racing track next to it are under construction and the roads are blocked. Therefore, it is impossible to walk directly to the beach from the hotel. You have to drive 10 minutes with twists and turns to get to the Sea Mosque. Next to the hotel is the racing track, which is under construction and a bit noisy.

We are leaving Mövenpick Hotel Jeddah today with happy hearts and complete satisfaction. From the very first welcome, we felt valued and cared for. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making our stay truly enjoyable. Every detail reflected excellent hospitality and high standards. The tv in the room was not working. The WiFi is public not private per room. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. I do recommend.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the desks and chairs are spacious and comfortable, and the internet speed is incredibly fast, making document processing a breeze. The front desk service is warm and efficient; check-in and check-out are smooth, and the breakfast is varied and nutritious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
