"First off, I was charged an extra “historic building” fee when I checked in. When I questioned it, I was told it was because I didn’t use their website to book. The room was ok, no hairdryer. There was an almost constant loud him coming from the bathroom wall. Nice view of the river but awakened at 4 am by people yelling and fighting somewhere. Restaurant only serves breakfast on weekends and we were unable to find any open places for breakfast within walking distance. Wasn’t a terrible stay but I wouldn’t go back."

Guest UserWe had a very nice room and the staff was friendly and professional. The hotel has a lot of character and charm. The attached lounge and restaurant was convenient and we enjoyed being able to have a drink there before ending the evening. Plan on staying there for all our adventures to the Minneapolis area!!!

The location is convenient, close to the metro. But the building is too old and the floors are empty. Health services are okay. The swimming pool is not clean and the gym equipment is not fully equipped.

Modern looking hotel, but they don’t even provide drinking water. Nothing in the room for refreshments at all. Kinda minimalist approach.
No food except two types of frozen pizza.
There is also a very loud aircon system that runs through the whole place, it felt like being on a ship and the noise was that loud at night I had trouble getting to sleep.

There is a supermarket near the hotel, Trader Joe's, which is very convenient to buy food. There is a subway station nearby, you can take the subway directly from the airport to the hotel, and the traffic is very convenient. The staff is very friendly, the check-in is very smooth, the bed is soft and hard, it is very comfortable and quiet to sleep on.

The hotel is close to the Target Center (10 minutes by foot - good option for a Timberwolves game).
The room is Spacious.., with a comfortable king bed and a good shower as well.
The breakfast is fair…, American standard..!
I’d stay again..!!

A hotel in 💯, this time from Trip.com , the price is very high, compared with several platforms from Trip.com , the hotel is located in the city center, from the light rail blue line and the green line government palace station is a walking distance, to Mingda, the airport, mall of American are all direct. American breakfast is also appetizing, hot water, tea and coffee in the lobby are free, and I will stay here again in the future.

The hotel is very new, but the decoration style is still there. It includes free breakfast, which is a very delicious breakfast I have had here. The front desk also provided free snacks when checking in.
The disadvantage is that the deposit has not been refunded after ten days. The only one I've encountered so far. The reason is unknown.

The store service is very good. Due to the change in the itinerary, 2 nights were changed to one night. After communicating with the store, I immediately canceled the reservation for one night. The overall health is very good. I didn’t have time to see the surrounding facilities.
