GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

GGuest UserThe hotel is located at a prime location, with train stations nearby directly linked to the airport. There are also many restaurants along the way and walkable to all tourists spots. Very safe neighbourhood with office buildings surrounding. It can be a bit loud at night due to the ambulances but that’s something that can’t be avoided anywhere in the city.
The breakfast option however is disappointing especially for the lack of vegan options. Breakfast are on an ala carte basis and gratuity is not inclusive. This means that breakfast averages to about $15-20 per breakfast which better options are available around the area with great variety.
Hotel staff are polite and kind.

AAnonymous UserThis was the most satisfying accommodation of our entire trip. The room was exceptionally clean, and the owner was incredibly kind. Their prompt responses and assistance whenever we contacted them gave us great peace of mind. The living facilities, including a washing machine, dryer, and kitchen utensils, were very well-equipped. There was also a parking space, and the surrounding area felt very safe, being located in an affluent neighborhood.

GGuest UserOur family had a fantastic stay at the Azur Hotel in Vancouver. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean with what seemed like brand-new furniture, creating a very comfortable setting. The service was superb, with staff promptly fulfilling requests for extra blankets, pillows, and other amenities without any pressure. What stood out most was the friendliness and readiness of the staff, always eager to assist, making our experience truly memorable.

Ssome3750The hotel is in the center of Yaletown, it is convenient to eat anywhere and there is a great location. The staff is super friendly and can respond to any needs immediately.
The room is small but the room type is very good. The bed is very comfortable.
The equipment is a bit old and there are some sanitary corners, but they are all small problems ～ Overall very good ～

GGuest UserThe hotel was great because it was centrally located. It was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were very attentive as well. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day without worrying about it. The only issues we experienced was that the walls are quite thin which enabled us to hear everything and everyone around us.

GGuest UserGreat location, very convenient for getting around. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the sea view from the high-floor balcony. Just a heads-up for drivers: the hotel parking is on the street behind the hotel, not directly in front on the main street. When navigating, after you pass the hotel's main entrance, take the first right at the traffic light, then another immediate right at the next intersection, and you'll see the parking entrance. After parking, head to the front desk to register your license plate and check in.
