"The room was fantastic! Very new, clean, and extremely comfortable! The amenities were clean and hygienic! I was very satisfied!
The location is in one of Vancouver's most upscale and quiet neighborhoods, next to a forest with excellent air quality. On the other side are a community center and a shopping street, and it's very close to downtown. It's very convenient for visiting Vancouver's attractions and is also close to UBC.
The service was excellent, very nice, thank you so much!
Looking forward to staying here again!"

Amazing
GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay. The property is brand new, everything’s clean and very well maintained. The unit was spacious, modern and neat, all great. Staff were all great, easy communication and willingness to help at anytime. The property also features a gym which we haven’t had time to try but I’m sure it’s lovely. Would def recommend!
While this didn’t impact the quality of our stay, feedback to housekeeping would be to have hangers in the bathroom (not much space to hang towels) and to provide milk and water to guests on arrival. The property does a great job with extending complimentary coffee beans for an experience but with no milk it’s a bit too strong for non-regular coffee drinkers.

GGuest UserThis was my first solo trip here, and I managed to get the additional visa all by myself. My foreign language skills aren't great, but I DIY'd my itinerary and visa online. Both immigration and the hotel front desk were quite patient with me. I arrived at the hotel at night, and the room was pretty clean. It's also not far from the station. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

NNick S.The hotel is conveniently located, just a 30-minute SkyTrain ride from Vancouver Airport to Vancouver City Centre, followed by a 4-5 minute walk. Alternatively, an Uber takes about 20 minutes. It's also excellent for exploring, with waterfront restaurants and shopping just a 5-10 minute walk away.
The building itself has an older charm and is on the smaller side. Its heavy entrance door is always manned by a doorman. While the intersection immediately next to the hotel didn't feel particularly safe, the hotel's security measures appeared very solid, which was reassuring. Despite having only one elevator, we didn't experience any inconvenience.
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, as were the bathroom facilities. L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch, though we were disappointed by the absence of a refrigerator. A minor concern was the lack of sheer curtains on the windows, which raised slight privacy worries from surrounding buildings.
The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel also boasts an attached steakhouse and bakery. For breakfast, guests can choose from three menu options, served in the underground restaurant.

XXinwujiban1. The location is super convenient! It's within walking distance to attractions like the Steam Clock and Chinatown, plus you can easily walk to Costco, T&T Supermarket, and the SkyTrain station. Taxis drop you right at the hotel entrance, and it's also very close to the Hertz downtown car rental location.
2. The suite has a double sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic facilities, so you can cook your own meals. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; it's very quiet.
3. The room rate included four complimentary breakfasts, which had a good variety and quality. Several floors in the hotel also provide drinking water, so you can fill your own bottles and save on buying water.
4. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. During our stay, we accidentally broke a bottle cap, and when we informed them, they said we didn't need to pay for it.
5. The hotel is also very close to the 2026 World Cup stadium, making it an excellent choice for tourists looking to explore the city center.

GGuest UserWe knew this was an older hotel, but we booked here because of its location to the hospital. Even with my husband's limited mobility, he was able to walk to the hospital and then return to the hotel for a nap- absolutely perfect for us. The room met all our needs other than the TV was not 'smart' so we couldn't watch Netflix.

AAnonymous UserGood Location! It is only walking distance either Canada line or Expo line..
Service/Facility is great... there is a self service coffee corn at the lobby area. The guest laundry room is a PLUS. The charge is reasonable,i.e. CAD3 for washer/dryer per load and CAD2 each for detegent and softener. It only takes 30 minutes for washing and 60 minutes for drying...

GGuest UserWhile there are fewer amenities, I was travelling with a friend and the hotel gave us a connecting room (two rooms with a shared door). It was clean, and provided enough space and privacy for both of us. It wasn’t luxurious, but it offered good value for the price and met our needs for a short stay.

SSofialThe staff were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival, always willing to assist with anything we needed. However, when we first entered our room, there was a very strong smell of paint. We were told it had just been painted, but the odor was so intense that staying there would likely have caused discomfort, so we requested a room change. They accommodated our request, although the only available option was a smaller unit.
Another point worth noting is that Trip.com indicates the hotel accepts a cash deposit, but at check-in we were informed that only card payments were allowed, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room had some constant noises throughout the day and night — I couldn’t identify the source, and they continued even with the air conditioning turned off.
There is also a vending machine right at the hotel entrance, but it was not working properly. I inserted money and did not receive the products; however, the front desk staff promptly assisted me and helped resolve the situation, which I appreciated.
Aside from these issues, the hotel offers good value for the price, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions.

SSamu1101The staff was very helpful, the shuttle arrives on the 3rd floor at the airport where shuttles usually pick up travelers, the driver was very friendly and the hotel provides me with the service to store my luggage in the storage room even after checkout, if you need a place to stay near the hotel a few days I highly recommend this establishment!
