"The Gastrohotel RH in Benidorm exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location of this hotel is stunning right at the top of the old town offering exquisite views of the bay. Breakfast was exceptional with all produce fresh and made to order. Please note that there are no parking facilities at this hotel if you are driving. We parked at the nearby Mercadona and asked reception who let us know that they have an agreement with that car park and we were able to park our vehicle there for €15 per night. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm Spain ."

"Room was ok and clean we had a flood in our shower as the drain was broken and told reception who refused to move us due to no rooms and passed us a mop to clean up ourselves as nobody was about. Not very good customer service. Food was basic at breakfast too. Ideal location though for being in the middle of old and new town"

"For me it wasn’t good😏 the room is not clean everyday they change bed sheets and towel’s. The breakfast is really not worth it. The hotel is not good also I think thats all for us. I hope they will improved it next time."

"We loved it! The apartment had two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries, laundry room with clothesline, living room with sofa bed and a huge terrace with incredible views. We will definitely be back."
