"LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT. Fabulous from start to finish. Staff are fantastic, rooms are clean and tidy, no noise after a certain time, food for breakfast is fabulous and choice of drinks. Snack bar is brilliant both food and drink. Right next to everything and 5/7 min walk to beach max, but not noisy at all. We had pool view for both rooms and they were fab. They have put a lot of thought and time into ensuring it’s a great hotel. You do pay a breakage deposit but it went back into account a few days later, it does have lots of young ones and mixed ages but the atmosphere is great. Inflatable allowed in, no life guard, but baby pool also available. We would all go back in a heart beat, we loved everything. Big shout out to Silvia so helpful and supportive when questions asked. Baggage room is fab for late check out and has lots of CCTV to ensure safety of things. You cannot beat the location. We normally stay in old town, but this hotel has won me over. Try Planet Benidorm for food nearby around the corner and Vincent in old town - both ace as well I’d go back in a heart beat. Pics on here don’t do this hotel justice."

"Only stayed 1 night .and was absolutely perfect. The position is ideal for all amenities. The staff were great and the room was adequate for the two of us .Was not not expecting the selection we had at breakfast. Was on a small scale but had the usual choices of English/Continental and various pastries. Would definitely stay again"

"The ad says there is a parking place and it is, but it costs € 18 per day and is a very tight place in the cellar behind there is no coffee or water cooking not only a quickly reduced hotel but the clean and balcony was quite spacious and was big A table and two chairs so when the summer is, it's nice to be there. In the night after one, the team fired had a noise of a young team, but they went out with the same hard legs decorating so we were able to continue to sleep and we were very well sleeping both nights what we were there. Morning breakfast is very good in relation to its price is orange coffee pepper yuan and bottles can be found service parent family people are happy and helpful, though not speaking and younger man knows English reasonably well and presents and helps They have a 200 euros deposit security deposit obligation. Calle Venezuela is a parking place!"

"Great location to beach and the old town, staff very friendly and helpful, you can tell they have spent money on the bathrooms in the rooms as they were excellent and all the rooms had air-conditioning in. We was a large party of 12 (6 rooms in total) and thought it was great value for money, if we go back we would definitely look to stay there again."

"Very lovely hotel .we were only there for a short time cause we went over for a wedding .we do plan staying there for a week when the weather warms up .I would recommend the hotel to anyone . Yours sincerely Dorothy ."

"Stayed at hotel brasil with my mother and baby. One of the reception men very friendly and helpful. Got travel cot and kettle for our room, It was a nice hotel, basic hotel nothing fancy and nothing shabby. Rooms were clean, fridge didn’t work as we had a baby and needed his food to be cold. House maid was very friendly. People were very friendly. Catered to Spanish guests which we liked. It was nice meeting new people. Down side , No baby facilities at all. The hotel is located on a hill so definitely wouldn’t stay here again with suitcases and a buggy. For anyone travelling the bus drops you off at hotel montemar and it is an uphill walk. But it was ok. Wouldn’t suit families with kids or disability. I would recommend Uber taxi. Breakfast was nice variety of food however it was the same thing each day. Lift was extremely slow and very small. Steps into the hotel and no path way which meant had to carry pram up and down steps. Right beside police station, felt sense of safety. However only around 10-15 walk into the old town down hill and very near the poniente beach. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers looking a cheap stay with your basic needs. But families or people with disability’s definitely not."

"Terrible Toilet flooded if you didn't flush it for a few hours. So we would go out and come back to a flooded bathroom. Every time you had a shower, it flooded the bathroom. My bed was broke. 3 coat hangers for us all. Dirty walls The staff were lovely. That was the only good thing"
