Amazing
GGuest UserThe room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep! The hotel is very close to the sea, not far from the main attractions, and you can walk on the wide trail along the coast; The English breakfast cooked by the landlord’s wife is delicious. The landlord and his wife are warm and courteous, meticulous and thoughtful. They are very willing to help every visitor. It is pleasant! I found a delicious Chinese restaurant with the enthusiastic help of the landlord, which is very delicious! Easy parking, just in front of the door!
GGordonWe were dissappointed in the car parking situation. It wasn't exactly made clear that you need to drive into where it was marked exit and press for them to lift the barrier. Then unfortunately there was no room so had to call into reception to find out where we could park it was a bit stressful and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very secure as you need to press for access to the entrance. Once up to reception on the first floor we were welcomed and allocated a room. The room was very tired with marked and scratched walls and ceiling. The bathroom had all the ususl facilities but a great big crack was in the tiles on the floor about two and half feet long. The shower head was dirty and the bottom of the main door was peeling away. The bed was two single mattresses put together which were obviously well used and meant there was a bump in between which wasnt very comfy. The bar was expensive for drinks and the staff seemed to multitask serving and cleaning tables etc. Some of the same staff were at breakfast and it just felt a bit overall short staffed. The breakfast itself was adequate but basic. We did notify reception on checking out of our findings as we are not usually ones to complain but the issues do make a difference and some just general maintenance.
MMingzhe ShiI have stayed at this hotel and overall it is an average hotel. Here is my review:
First of all, the hotel's location is relatively convenient. It is located in the city center, with many restaurants and shops nearby, and the transportation is also relatively convenient. This satisfies me.
However, the hotel rooms are a bit dated and the furniture and decor need to be updated. The bed and bedding are quite comfortable, but overall the cleanliness of the room could be better.
Breakfast is buffet style and provides some basic choices, but the variety is relatively limited and the quality is average. The service attitude of the staff was acceptable, but it lacked some warmth and care and did not make me feel like a home away from home.
Overall, this hotel is suitable for travelers looking for affordable accommodation, but if you have higher expectations for comfort and service, you may want to consider other options. I hope the hotel can improve the room decoration and service level in the future.
