4-Star Hotels in Pujut

Had a wonderful experience staying at the Villa Theraum. The place itself has nice communal areas with excellent sized bedrooms and comfy beds. The view is stunning and floating in the infinity pool overlooking the bay is the perfect way to relax. The breakfast is decent with a good selection to choose from and freshly prepared. Finally, we were very happy with the great service we received from the staff and owner whilst we were there making sure we felt at home and that everything went smoothly with our deeparture. If we come back to Lombok in the future we would definitely look to stay here again.

This hotel is located about a kilometer from Kuta town, right next to a motorcycle racing track, nestled in a small local village surrounded by local homes. The hotel is relatively new, with over ten villas and new sections still under construction. The room types mainly consist of rooms without private courtyards and pools, villas with private courtyards and pools, and pool villas that can accommodate four people. There's a small hotel pool, but the water quality seemed mediocre to me. We booked a standard pool villa, but since it was the off-season, the hotel typically upgrades rooms, so we were upgraded to a premium pool villa (the difference being an additional dressing room). During peak season, the price is quite low, around 600 RMB per night including breakfast for two, offering excellent value for money. The hotel staff are very accommodating, communicating with guests via WhatsApp for breakfast orders, housekeeping, and other various matters. Breakfast at the hotel is à la carte; you can choose one main dish, a fruit platter, a coffee, and a fresh juice. You can also opt to have it delivered to your villa, and the breakfast is really good. Additionally, the hotel offers motorcycle rentals (the cheapest being 90,000 IDR per day, slightly more expensive than outside) and also provides laundry service and private car charters to various destinations.

A perfect stay! The scenery was, of course, breathtaking; everything felt so comfortable. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the mountains, and even some monkeys on the swimming pool! I brought mosquito coils, but we used them all. The restaurant chef was different every day. One day was a disappointment, but the other two were fantastic. The oldest chef cooked the best food. The staff were all excellent—friendly, lovely, and well-trained. They weren't haphazard; they were all very respectful. My husband noticed that many of the staff were disabled. The luggage porters were incredibly nice, always smiling. The hotel gave these hardworking people a chance, which was wonderful! If I have the chance to visit Lombok again, I will definitely stay here!

This villa made it to the highlight of our trip. Firstly, the service of the Lina Team is amazing. From the moment we checked in, even to the time we checked out, we were well taken care of by the staff. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The villa was well-maintained and fully furnished. Really great touch by the team to provide turn down service every night during our stay. The villa is located near the main street Kuta but away from the hustle of it all. Fret not, as the villa provided free scooter shuttle within the Kuta area which made the stay even more accessible. Rentals for motorbike and airport shuttle was also settled by the team. Breakfast was really great and the team even offered to pack our breakfast when we told them we were travelling out early during one of our mornings. Definitely will be returning here when I’m back in Lombok.

Nothing but good things to say about Kalea Villa. Their manager, Fani was very attentive, she had contacted me prior to check in to ensure the room would be ready in time, i informed that i would be a little late and they waited for me to settle in. The staffs were also friendly they suggested us places to go for food and sunsets which was very helpful since we didnt detail out our plans here, we just wanted to do whatever for the day. They also helped to arrange motorbike rentals and airport transfer at a reasonable price. The villa was perfect, it was beautiful, private, clean, as expected from the pictures. And their services just made the whole stay very enjoyable for us.

We originally booked Lobster Bay for five days and ended up staying ten — which probably says it all. The villas are fantastic: spacious, beautifully designed, fully air-conditioned, and each with its own private plunge pool. It’s a place where you relax the moment you arrive. The staff are outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, with genuine warmth and real smiles rather than scripted hotel politeness. The cooks are equally impressive, with excellent, freshly prepared food, and great choices on the menu. We can’t say enough good things about this place and would happily return. One of our favourite ever stays.

We had such a lovely stay. The hotel and amenities are really nice, great pool & restaurant, clean and comfortable room. The location is a bit far away, but the hotel can help you to arrange motorbike rent to reach the town, which takes about 10-15 min. It's nestled in the mountains which makes it very relaxing though!

Villas look new, but somehow there's quite obvious wear and tear across the property. The bedrooms could really be cleaner, lots of dust, spiderwebs. The real problem was the mozzies, no coil provided, so i had to get my own because the house was invaded by mozzies on the first night. They gave me a bug spray but I was concerned about the toxic chemicals across the bedroom so I couldnt use it as much. Overall its a lovely property, could just be better maintained.

We stayed for a total of 4 nights. The room was very good, with a super comfortable bed. The garden was well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly. Now for the criticisms: - The breakfast is more than meager, definitely not appropriate for a 4.5-star hotel. The coffee was cold, there was no muesli, the yogurt was inedible, and there was very little fruit. - The hotel is completely off the beaten path; you can't get anywhere without a motorbike or transportation. Although advertised on their website, the hotel couldn't arrange a scooter for us, even during low season. We ended up sorting it out ourselves, successfully. - An additional 21% tax/service charge is added to the restaurant prices, which guests should be aware of. - The sound system crackles constantly; it should either be turned off or repaired. - Overall, given the price of the accommodation, we expected more.

The place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill pool However the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.
