The room was spacious and came with a kitchen, and the environment and utensils were clean and hygienic. When we checked in, if we had any questions, the staff could speak Cantonese and immediately contacted us to help resolve them. There's free parking downstairs.
However, it's worth noting the stairs: there are about ten short steps that can be a bit inconvenient if you're pushing a stroller or carrying luggage. As for the restroom, there was occasionally a slight drain smell (which usually dissipated once the door was closed).
Also, we accidentally broke a cup in the bathroom during our stay. After informing the staff, they thoughtfully asked if we were injured and if we needed any assistance. Their service attitude was excellent!👍🏻
While the location is a bit out of the way, I think it's perfectly fine if you're driving, as it feels like a resort hotel nestled in a village. I didn't really use the facilities; we took the kids to the nearby zoo and AEON, both super convenient. In the evenings, not being familiar with the roads and without a car, we just took the shuttle to AEON, which was very handy. The breakfast was good too, with salmon and other options, so even the little one ate well.

1. The hotel is unattended and you must check in by yourself. If you have any questions, you can press the contact number on the tablet panel and talk to the service staff to help check in. The prerequisite is that you need to speak English or Japanese. Cars are parked for free in the parking lot in front of the second floor. The parking lot is very large. There were only four cars when we checked in, including ours. If we don't drive by ourselves, transportation will be a bit inconvenient.
2. The location is halfway up the mountain. There are many motels or daily rental suites nearby. I don’t know why it feels very empty. I don’t feel very comfortable due to safety concerns.
3. The environment of the room is similar to the photo. The room is very large. The baby is very happy running around, but he is also very happy and sad and keeps bumping into him. The lighting in the room is dim and I personally feel the visibility is poor. The remote control is super insensitive and difficult to switch or turn off.
4. No one will come to clean up the trash during your stay. You have to find a way by yourself or leave it until check-out.
5. All basic spare parts are available. The room is located at the highest point, so it is convenient to open the window to watch the sunrise or sunset.
