The soaps and other bath necessities provided were good and complete. But there was no free hairdryer. It is available for a fee upon request. Room is spacious and clean. They provide drying racks and cleaning facets outside, perfect for your after beach activities. They have a beachfront area as seen in the photo. They also have in house resto where you can order and ask to cook your seafood finds in the market. I would recommend this place again. Value for money

We had a very pleasant stay at Tsai Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. We I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, Tsai Hotel provided great value for money with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. The hotel has great location. It is very accessible to azmall and terminal. It is also surrounded with several establishments and restaurants. The room i stayed has no mini ref and i had to ask housekeeping to keep my medicines since it needs to be refrigerated.

I like how the hotel receptionist are warm and welcoming. The room is also clean and spacious. A suggestion is that there should be a slipper and towel for guest. And bell should be alert whenever there are guest arriving specially if they have many and heavy things because when we arrive for check in it was just us ladies who pushed the cart and mind you it has stairs to enter the front desk. A little kindness won’t hurt. Overall place was nice just put effort on customer service. That would really help.

If you are looking for a place to truly recharge, this hostel is an excellent choice. While it is not located very close to the airport, the slightly longer commute is well worth it for the atmosphere you get in return. Unlike many hostels near busy transit hubs, this one is remarkably quiet, allowing for a deep and uninterrupted sleep.

The place is warm and cozy. If you are looking for a stay in place in the heart of fuente osmeña, this is one of the best places.

The reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
