AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic! Having a large mall next door (with restaurants, a food court, a supermarket, and a currency exchange) was incredibly convenient. The bus stops for the airport and tourist attractions are right in front of the hotel, making getting around super easy. While tourist spots are a bit far to walk, the bus gets you there in about 10 minutes for a cheap USD 0.4, which was great. Choosing this hotel over others within walking distance was definitely the right decision.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including fruits, vegetables, and Moldovan sweets. The rose jam, in particular, was delicious, and I enjoyed it with bread and yogurt every day. The restaurant itself has high ceilings, giving it an open and airy feel, and the seating is spacious and comfortable. There's also a terrace area with a nice ambiance.
The restaurant staff were wonderful. Irina, the restaurant manager, was incredibly kind and attentive, quickly remembering my name and always greeting me warmly. Marin also remembered my name and greeted me by name every day. Alexandr, the assistant restaurant manager, was also very helpful, assisting with requests, currency exchange, and even explaining coins in detail. He even gave me a Moldovan coin as a souvenir, which was a lovely memory.
Front desk and hotel staff were excellent. Lana and Carolina at the front desk were consistently helpful and answered my questions and requests sincerely every day. They also shared insights into Moldovan culture during our conversations, which was one of the highlights of my stay. Mihaela, the shift manager, was very professional and reassuring.
The room was comfortable, and issues were handled swiftly. My room was new, clean, and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the first room, but I was immediately moved to another. When the shower pressure was a bit low, I contacted them, and the technical manager promptly came to check and resolve it. Valentina, the housekeeper, had a lovely smile, and I looked forward to seeing her every day. She made a genuine effort to speak English.
There was a special touch during my stay. When I inquired about the rose jam I loved at breakfast, Hotel Manager Ana Cozma took the initiative to help. Thanks to her suggestion and arrangements, I received both the rose jam and a special bottle of wine. Later, Ana, the Sales & Guest Relations Coordinator, personally delivered them to my room. I was so touched that I teared up, and she gave me a warm hug. The wine commemorated the 20th anniversary of independence for Moldova, Georgia, and Ukraine, and its concept deeply moved me.
Overall, I spent most of my 6-night stay at the hotel, and it was a very fulfilling experience, including all the interactions with the staff. It was even more memorable than just sightseeing. While the price might be a bit higher, it's definitely worth it. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Moldova.

LLongdajuesaTen meters outside the airport terminal is the 30 bus. It seems that the fare is 6Lei. It is really seamless. It takes ten minutes to get off at the park station and walk to the hotel. At the end of August, we are still more than 30 degrees high temperature, but here has entered the early autumn, the leaves have turned yellow, many people wear thick coats, The winds on the streets are cool. My room is very good, very clean and tidy, although not big, there are two large windows at the right corner, the window is the wind, the day is the FESTIVALUL DOR DE CHISINAU holiday, the festival venue is at the entrance of the hotel, many children fill in their own beautiful color on the plain color drawing board, The main stage is 100 meters outside the window. I can see this straight bustling road and the main stage at the end from the window. Later in the afternoon, young people sang and danced on the stage, and the night fell temporarily to the traditional singing and dance performance of middle-aged people. The square was filled with spectators who watched the show intently. Although the holiday was arranged at the end of June, the young female staff at the WIZZ AIR check-in counter at OTP Airport Bucharest, Romania, said that I did not have a Moldovan visa and did not give me a boarding pass, resulting in the cancellation of round-trip tickets and Bernardazzi Grand Hotel orders, and the loss of more than 1,500 RMB cannot be refunded. According to the inter-country agreement, I can enter Moldova without visa exemption using the Schengen visa, but the customer service of WIZZ AIR, which is responsible for complaints and claims, has been refuting and sophistry, and then terminated the contact in one way, and will not apologize and compensate until today. That's why they don't publish customer service calls. This time a month later, I changed the departure station and came here from Istanbul, Turkey. As last time, I still didn’t have a Moldovan visa. I used a Schengen visa. Under the professional and responsible operation of the staff at the headquarters of the Turkish Airlines with the most global routes, I boarded the plane smoothly and came to the lovely capital of this country. The city is not large in scale. People are restrained and disciplined but free of thought. They treat tourists kindly. Chocolate sugar is delicious and cheap. I finally tasted wine and delicious food in this wine hometown. I have a wish. Everything good I encountered here made me ignore the previous unpleasantness. The hotel bed was very comfortable. The time I spent here was short but very enjoyable. I hope to come again and visit the Milestii Mici wine cellar that stretches 200 kilometers underground.

TTaotao1012The room was nice, very clean, very European, the bed was very soft, and I had a different experience. The breakfast was a bit expensive. It would be better if free breakfast was provided. I would stay here for the second time.
