Chisinau Hotels with Balcony

We stayed at the hotel for just a few hours after a long car journey. The next day we had an early flight. We arrived around 11:00 PM local time. When I booked, there was information in the notes that the reception was open until 8:00 PM and that I needed to notify them of a later check-in. The hotel website had a mobile phone number linked to VIBER, which I used to contact the hotel. First, they confirmed my reservation, and second, as it turned out, the reception was open 24 hours a day. The girl at the reception thanked me for informing me of the late check-in. Upon arrival and check-out, the staff did a great job 💯%. They helped me lift/take down my suitcases and quickly called a taxi (there is no elevator in the hotel and this was invaluable help for me). To understand, I was alone with two small children. The room was very nice, clean, fresh, it's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy it. Since we had a very early flight, we didn't have time for breakfast. They packed lunch boxes for us, but it turned out somehow awkwardly (they were packed poorly/inconveniently), I only took yogurts for the children. And the number of bags exceeded the number of hands. In any case, thank you for your concern, but perhaps we should think about how to prepare lunch boxes for guests more correctly in the future. Overall, it was quite comme il faut)))

The air condition unit was absent in the suite, although its remote control was there. The reception staff advised that the aircondition unit is placed in the corridor outside of the suite. This is weird and unacceptable at 30 grades celsium heat. The rooms description contains aircondiition unit. Besides that the restaurants (declared there are two - Japanese and Mediterranean) were closed due to unknown reasons. The rest is ok. The management has to update the descriptions at Web-Site and hotel reservation portals as for instance -booking.com

Good hotel in the centre, close to Dr. Palmas' clinic, extremely comfortable. Good breakfast and gentle management. What I asked have always been received. I have no problems. I am satisfied, I will use it for the next time.

A beautiful place! Hippodrom, Hotel and restaurant with delicious menu in one place. Rooms are clean, there is everything necessary. Responsive staff. Cosy atmosphere on the hotel territory. The only minus is that it is impossible to call a taxi from this hotel. The cars don't want to come to this location because it is only 10 minutes away from the city.

The only hotel worth staying in Chisinau. People is gold here. I should mention specially Anton from reception who make all our stay flawless and help us with late check out as well.

Hotel is small but comfortable! Clean, comfortable. Breakfast is good. There is a small offer to replace the shower in the shower cabin. There is no possibility to strip without blowing the hair. Anyway everything is super!

The room was nice, very clean, very European, the bed was very soft, and I had a different experience. The breakfast was a bit expensive. It would be better if free breakfast was provided. I would stay here for the second time.
