3-Star Hotels in Chisinau

We stayed at the hotel for just a few hours after a long car journey. The next day we had an early flight. We arrived around 11:00 PM local time. When I booked, there was information in the notes that the reception was open until 8:00 PM and that I needed to notify them of a later check-in. The hotel website had a mobile phone number linked to VIBER, which I used to contact the hotel. First, they confirmed my reservation, and second, as it turned out, the reception was open 24 hours a day. The girl at the reception thanked me for informing me of the late check-in. Upon arrival and check-out, the staff did a great job 💯%. They helped me lift/take down my suitcases and quickly called a taxi (there is no elevator in the hotel and this was invaluable help for me). To understand, I was alone with two small children. The room was very nice, clean, fresh, it's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy it. Since we had a very early flight, we didn't have time for breakfast. They packed lunch boxes for us, but it turned out somehow awkwardly (they were packed poorly/inconveniently), I only took yogurts for the children. And the number of bags exceeded the number of hands. In any case, thank you for your concern, but perhaps we should think about how to prepare lunch boxes for guests more correctly in the future. Overall, it was quite comme il faut)))

A beautiful place! Hippodrom, Hotel and restaurant with delicious menu in one place. Rooms are clean, there is everything necessary. Responsive staff. Cosy atmosphere on the hotel territory. The only minus is that it is impossible to call a taxi from this hotel. The cars don't want to come to this location because it is only 10 minutes away from the city.

Отличная локация, рядом с метро. Номера маленькие но чистые.

В номере чисто, но странно что есть фен, который по умолчанию не работал. Ошущение что это просто дизайнерское решение. В остальном все хорошо.

The facilities are good, the cleaning condition is clean, and the staff always smile, so I feel good.
