4-Star Hotels in Austin

My entire stay was first class. The location is central and close to major venues in downtown. The lobby and common spaces were very clean. The gym and pool were amazing, clean, and top tier. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I would definitely return to the Stephen F Austin Royal Sonesta.

I’m very disappointed that I got asked for my cc and was charged again for the stay plus 150.00 more and don’t know why, I’m going to get in touch with management, this is unacceptable

Friendly clean modern. Room was very pleasant. My only negative was the hours of cafe and bar. I couldn’t get a cup Of coffee at 10am. Plus couldn’t get wine at 10pm. I’m traveling far. Just saying. Maybe if ur going to close the cafe offer free coffee.

Kasa is located on the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of the entire Amli apartment building. The room is large and the view is great. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a folding comb bed in the living room. There is a kitchen for cooking, coffee and tea are provided, a washing machine dryer is provided and laundry capsules are provided. Although in down town, it is not noisy and it is convenient to go anywhere. Very close to Trader Joe, you can buy ingredients to cook for yourself, or you can eat in many restaurants nearby. Very suitable for two or three people in the family, must choose next time you go to Austin.

Consistently lovely hotel with consistently good service. The juevos rancheros I ordered and had delivered to my room were incredibly good! And the coffee was nice and strong ….. glad I asked for extra cream and sugars ! Great location near the Arboretum stores and shops at the Domain . Also close to Whole Foods, H‑E‑B grocery store, Gateway movie theater, and lots of good restaurants, many within walking distance.. Large rooms, bathroom stocked with Aveda products. (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap for hands) was a very nice touch! The only thing I didn’t like was they have recently started charging for self parking in their uncovered lot ….. I paid $20 on 1/31/24. I don’t like that at all. Just put the price in your room rate and say free parking!

The security is good and the facilities are also very good. I will stay here again next time. The price is very cost-effective. Parking is also very convenient. The stay experience is very good.

Checkin/checkout was super easy. Free parking which is much appreciated. The hotel room looked new and fresh. The shower (italian style) was a must. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again 100% !

I came to Austin for a business trip and lived here. In the business district, it is not too far from various attractions and famous restaurants. The overall is not bad. I will choose it next time.

My stay at the Austin Southpark Hotel was perfect. Please advise senior management they have all their ducks in a row. The lobby was fantastic, the recessed bar was an interesting touch, and the front desk staff were courteous and responsive. Breakfast twice at the restaurant was just what I needed to start the day. Restaurant staff were also courteous, and the breakfast was prepared properly. The room was clean as expected with all the amenities. The next time I am in Austin I will definitely return.
