4-Star Hotels in Key West

This time the departmental group went to Dujiangyan, and then chose this newly opened Hampton by Hilton hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. Chengdu has been driving for over an hour. The location is in Dujiangyan City. It is close to some must-see attractions, such as Nanqiao and Yulei Mountain Park. There are also a lot of food nearby, hot pot restaurants, barbecue. The room was unexpectedly comfortable and warm. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is also good, and there are three breakfast options to be delivered to the room during yq, which is very intimate. The price / performance ratio is also very high. I will still choose this place when I bring my family over next time ~

Location: Very good, walking distance to everything in Key West. Service: Thanks for providing early check-in in hot weather. The second time I went to the counter, the waiter could call out my last name. facility: The bed set was very clean and pleasant, the best bed I've slept in since travelling for a month. The bedside clock was so annoying that I had to unplug the battery and put it back on when I checked out. There is a front yard, but the room is very small, and there is no place to spread the 26-inch suitcase. Since it is the first floor of the bungalow, there are inevitably all kinds of insects in the room. Living in room #84 in the second district, next to the swimming pool is inevitably a bit lively at night. The occupants of room 85 next door are quite noisy watching TV all day. Soundproofing is not very good, although not entirely the hotel's problem. Food: Breakfast was better than average.

Fantastic stay. Levi at front desk was so accommodating. Showed me two available rooms and let me choose. Actually walked with me to the rooms. We weekend in the Keys every couple months,and it’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such friendly service. Kudos to Levi.  It was our first time staying at the Pier House. We will definitely be back. Thank You Pier House. We had a great time.

The front desk was wonderful, room was good, pool area very nice. The problem was the cleaning crew. We wanted to stay until checkout at 11:00, as our flight didn’t leave until 2:30. At 10:00, two cleaning ladies with their cart parked directly outside our window, constantly looking into our window, just waiting for us to leave. We were extremely uncomfortable! No one likes to be watched from a peeping Tom outside their window. It was terrible. When we were finally left, we couldn’t get out the door because their cart was blocking the way.

La concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating. Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over. Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues. Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!

Great! What a nice hotel! Entry looks great, beautiful Cuban atmosphere. It smells great. The staff is awfully good. Nice pool with a number of leguans as residents. Nice clean large rooms, good beds. Resort fee, but you'll get the following for it: Gratis parkeren Pendelbus to Duval street Daily cleaning 2 welcome drinks at the outdoor bar Every day 2 bottles of water on the room Handdoes, sunburn, water at the pool 12.00 hour smoothy 14.00 hour jell-shots 16.00-18.00 hour snacks (Churro's!) We had booked three nights, but we were so happy to have booked a few nights. We're coming back!!

It’s too far out from the main area although there’s a shuttle into town. All our clothes smelt damp after just 4 days of being there. The room felt very damp the bed especially. Pool is ok but I’m sure you’d struggle to get a sun bed in high season. The beach is nice across the street but the sunbeds are rentable from a company $$$

Like the promotional pictures, small and exquisite hotel! In the opposite door of Hemingway's former residence, parking is more troublesome, but I still found the location, the room is not big, the breakfast is still very good, it is worth living, walking a block is the town commercial street

The hotel was great, clean and with all the necessary. The service at the restaurant was rather slow. The main remark relates to lack of clarity from Trip and the hotel on added costs: valet parking is ”mandatory” as the hotel doesn't allow guests to self park. This comes at a (hidden) cost of 50 usd per day plus taxes. The manager didn't mention this when we asked about the big deposit they were taking on our credit card. Unfortunate surprise contrasting with the wonderful time we had at the hotel.

An absolute dream vacation at the Southernmost Beach Resort! We had the pleasure of spending a few unforgettable days at the Southernmost Beach Resort in Key West - and it was just perfect! The resort is a true paradise: the location right by the sea, the breathtaking views and the stylish complex leave nothing to be desired. The rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. You feel welcome and cared for from the very first moment. A special highlight was the exceptional service from Alan and his fantastic team. They really did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Whether it was about individual requests, valuable insider tips for Key West or just friendly conversations - Alan and his team were always there with a smile and the utmost professionalism. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail: from the perfect organization to small touches that make the difference - the service was simply first class. You can see that Alan and his team are involved with heart and passion, and that is reflected in the entire atmosphere of the resort. We can highly recommend the Southernmost Beach Resort - not only because of the fantastic location and luxurious facilities, but above all because of the exceptional service that makes every stay an unforgettable experience.
