We checked in late evening so staff were great in welcoming us and trying to accommodate my early mourning prepared breakfast departure .. I understand the peace and serenity BUT for Business travel ideally rooms must have proper WIFI connectivity and a television for at least CNN - sorely missed

Pluspunten: Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst aan receptie Geeft suggesties vr resto en tasting Glaasje bubbels als verwelkoming Upgrade kamer gekregen doordat ze niet volzet waren Koffie en thee op kamer Ook anti muggen sprays Zeer proper Producten badkamer ook te koop (heerlijke geuren, citroen en verbena) Zeer goede bedden Ontbijt zeer ok: ook havermelk en amandelmelk, allerlei soorten ei en omelet op aanvraag, goeie koffie Enige minpuntje: - geen verwarming in badkamer (Zwembad hebben we niet getest omwille van het weer).

Leuke guest lodge in Stellenbosch. Dicht bij diverse wijngaarden. Mooie kamers. Ontbijt ok, lastiger met allergieën. Verder bij een restaurant vandaan maar ze kunnen eten bestellen bij lokaal Italiaans restaurant. Overall leuk om een paar dagen Stellenbosch hier vandaan te doen.

Die Guestlodge ist schön, etwas außerhalb von Stellenbosch, gelegen. Die Gartenanlage der Lodge ist riesig und wirklich schön. Verglichen mit den anderen Lodges und Guesthouses, in denen wir in unserem Urlaub waren, war das Personal hier, vor allem am Empfang beim Check in am wenigsten motiviert oder freundlich. Von anderen Unterkünften waren wir es gewohnt, dass man uns erstmal was zu trinken angeboten hat, während wir aufs Zimmer gewartet haben. Wir wurden hier an den Pool zum Warten geschickt. Auch waren wir es sonst gewohnt, dass uns beim Check In proaktiv ein paar Empfehlungen gemacht wurden, was Restaurants und Umgebung angeht.. das war hier auch Fehlanzeige und hat echt hervorgestochen nach den anderen Lodges. Lediglich eine Mitarbeiterin, die am ersten Morgen die Frühstücksbestellung aufgenommen hat, war wirklich freundlich. Auf Nachfrage haben wir ein etwas besser gelegenes Zimmer bekommen (Shiraz). Zuerst sollten wir zu dritt ein sehr dunkel gelegenes Zimmer im Eingangsbereich bekommen. Die Zimmer, zumindest unseres, hat keinen Fernseher, was uns aber nicht störte. Das Wlan ist sehr langsam. Das Bad ist sehr schön und groß. Also alles in allem eigentlich eine sehr schöne Lodge...bloß als Gast kam man sich etwas störend vor.

Fijne accommodatie, ligt aan de weg van Kaapstad naar Stellenbosch. Als je eenmaal de poort binnen rijdt is het een oase van rust. Ligging is net buiten Stellenbosch midden in de wijnvelden. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een aanrader.

Cultivar guest lodge is a lovely, quite place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The garden is so pretty. We didn't have too much time to swim and it was a bit windy when we arrived. Would have liked another night here. They serve breakfast but do not serve dinner. They are in the middle of the country and a short taxi ride gets to you several good restaurants. You will need to book.

Diese Unterkunft kann jederzeit weiter empfohlen werden. Ruhige, sichere Lage etwas ausserhalb von Stellenbosch. Frühstück ist top!

Wow, what a stay! The staff is so kind for us! In everything they helped. My wife's in a wheelchair, so we sometimes need an extra. They provide. A bucket to wash her hair, extra food, name it, we got it. The house itself was perfect and clean. Had a great time! Baie Dankie!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cultivar lodge. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The Cultivar does not serve lunch or dinner but there were several nice restaurants a short drive away.. A couple of nice swimming pools in the garden but quite windy that afternoon and we didn't swim. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and cheerful. We would definitely go back.
