Отвратительный сервис, такое ощущение, что отдыхающие здесь персонал ,а не мы. Элементарное не могут сделать быстро. Счёт ждёшь по 20 минут. Официантов также выискиваешь сам. А персонал сидит отдыхает на терассе ,когда столы после завтрака стоят грязнющие. И ты пока ждёшь обед вынужден сидеть в этом сраче. Лимит на холодную воду. Если приезжаешь семьёй, проблема всем помыться. Повелись на красивый интерьер.не рекомендую.

First of all this isn’t in Baku it’s in another city by the sea. The hotel looks like a scene from a very bizarre movie the interior design is very crazy and disturbing. The room we reserved was the one with we sea view for which we paid extra compared to the others and the room we got was one facing the sea but blocked my another building and a garbage disposal area. The lights in the room kept on flickering and it went off on the middle of the night and the next morning there was a power cut till mid day. Our bathroom was supposed to have a big bath tub but we got normal one we paid more for that too but they didn’t deliver! Gym and swimming pool were ok. Staff didn’t understand English and Russian which made it hard for us to communicate when we asked for a croissants they brought us chocolate cake that was for breakfast! There was a big deal when we wanted to checkout the next day as there was a power cut no WiFi and we couldn’t work the staff and hotel director was rude to us. Please don’t even bother going there you can stay in central Baku in a cheaper price than what they offer!

Terrible desing. Bad servise. Terrible administration. Never answers the calls. Usually front doors are closed. Spa and pool not available. Terrible food. Not that bad parking. Wide parking place. Only good think
