真的，沒演練好就不要開店了，急急忙忙開店，水準差到不可想象。星空泡池沒修好水是涼的。餐廳也沒準備好，其中一個餐廳竟然説它衹準備了兩份套餐。就這樣急着趕雙節開業呢！？無比糟心

入住前一天禮賓部就電話/微信關於入住需求，辦理入住的前台cici熱情禮貌。因到達較早房間還未打掃好，先在大堂吧用了下午茶，味道顏值都不錯。到房間有電瓶接送，開電瓶車的師傅熱情及專業。晚餐的白雲中餐廳可圈可點，食材和烹飪技術都很贊。spa館的技師也很專業，並且事先會溝通哪些部位要着重護理，需要避開哪些部位。早餐無功無過，最好品種再豐富些。退房還送了小禮物，總體感受滿意。

作為BANYAN TREE的忠實粉絲，這次打卡新開業的陽澄湖悦榕，體驗感拉滿。
早餐後跟前廳溝通選擇乘船入户，他們先是安排專人幫忙去把院子裏的碼頭小門打開，方便客人上岸後直接進入房間內，接着船上的大姐為了增加趣味性，又操控小船在湖面上轉了一圈才將我送回，其實小院碼頭距離白雲餐廳碼頭不到一百米哈哈。
老實説，近期住過的所有酒店，包括悦榕系、萬豪旗下的W、瑞吉、麗思、豪華精選等，套房面積都比這家大，但陽澄湖悦榕給予的人文關懷，讓我覺得房費3k也值。由於滿房，給升級了僅次於雙卧別墅的房型，辦理check-in時，Felix突然的一句Lorna，以及考慮到單人入住提供的便利、特別安排的湖南口味，都很是貼心。離店那會，酒店還贈送了具有當地特色的伴手禮，國內住過的其他悦榕都衹有小烏龜。
當然，入住期間也發生了一點不愉快，但比起內部人員主動滿足“special needs”，扣分能被撫平。如果評判系統是十分制，我願意給本次入住打九分。

隨着船孃輕巧地搖動櫓槳，搖櫓船緩緩駛離碼頭，我們開始了這場獨特的水上入住體驗。船身輕輕搖晃，彷彿在向我們訴説著陽澄湖的古老傳説。
沿途，陽澄湖的美景盡收眼底。湖水清澈，碧波蕩漾，不時有成羣的白鷺在水面翩翩起舞。兩岸的柳樹低垂，與水面形成了一幅和諧的自然畫卷。我們不禁拿出手機，記錄下這令人心曠神怡的景象。

新開的陽澄湖悦榕莊各方面都做到極致，前台的Cici和十一服務熱情周到，房間做了升級，水榭視野很好，一直很喜歡悦榕的精油系列和洗護用品，客房部的蒙靖文服務周到細緻，床品和早餐也不錯，感覺很棒的度假⛱️
