設施：房間設施陳舊，馬桶都不是智能馬桶，沙發上還有蜘蛛🕷️，哎。配套的游泳池好像外包了，巴掌大，1.3米深的水，真是一言難盡。
環境：大廳裝飾的古香古色，挺好看的，園林風格，但是園林裏面維護得相當不咋地，舊舊的，兩衹兔子臟臟的
衞生：有待改進啊，在大廳發現一衹鼻涕蟲
服務：酒店大廳經理陳經理服務挺好，聽到了我的反饋，非常積極的處理和加強培訓，門口的保安小哥哥看到下雨還幫我們撐傘到車門口。美中不足的是，服務人員不多，人手配置不太夠的樣子
聽説跟隔壁皇冠假日是一個老闆，怎麼差距挺大的。希望細節的地方可以改進一下吧
