”I will stay here next time I come to Suzhou!” This is the little promise I made to myself when I stayed at Xiangxue Haiyoulian Hotel last time. The room was cleaned carefully, the service was warm and thoughtful, the swimming pool was clear, and opposite was Zhu Hongxing Baozi, which the surrounding residents loved to eat. The experience was so good! This time I came to Suzhou again, and I fulfilled my promise, but I didn't expect there would be a surprise! The front desk was very enthusiastic. After checking that I was staying for the second time, I upgraded the executive room and gave me breakfast. I also told me enthusiastically that I could call to receive the good night milk in the evening. I felt so happy! The difference between the room and the ordinary room is that there is a coffee machine and free Starbucks capsules, a retro phone and a Dyson hair dryer. What remains unchanged is the clean room, bathroom and swimming pool! The swimming pool was clear both times, which is really good news for swimming enthusiasts~ I just came back from swimming and quickly edited a Dianping review, just because in such a fast-paced society, there is such a caring and enthusiastic hotel that soothes the tired body and mind, and I must leave a good review! The two stays are recorded in the pictures, and the price is reasonable. Anyone who is destined can come here to stay. Five-star recommendation

Nice location. It's surrounding by restaurants, groceries, fruit shop and so on but still good atmosphere. The staffs helpful & friendly, even trough, they can't speak English but their effort is really really good. One thing, just want more detail for the direction to go to the hotel such as exit no., go on the (name) road/ street. One important thing form mt travel experiences (by metro/ subway) is exit no. and when you out turn to the left or turn to the right, it helps a lots.

It can be said that it is very affordable to have such accommodation conditions at this price in Suzhou, which exceeded my expectations. The room is very new and the environment is good. Ctrip members chose to check in early and were checked in at around 9 o'clock. Parking is quite convenient, there are a lot of food downstairs, and takeaways are delivered by robots. The lady who checked in on the first day was very friendly, and the aunt who did the cleaning was also very polite. The TV in the room can be used to project the screen with Lebo, which is very satisfying for those who watch dramas. A small suggestion: WiFi is written as wlfi on the TV screen. If you can, just change it.

The housekeeper will contact us in advance and tell us the check-in route in advance to avoid the embarrassment of standing downstairs/::-|. The housekeeper also upgraded the room, which is very beautiful and hygienic. The downstairs The subway station is very close, and Walmart is also nearby. It is very convenient for a short stay. I will choose this place when I come to Suzhou in the future.

I actually found such a treasure hotel. We were a little tired and uncomfortable traveling from Nanjing to Suzhou. Since we arrived at Suyuan Hotel, the koi in the garden made us feel better. The room was also great, clean, tidy, soundproof and quiet. It had everything it needed. The food in the restaurant was exquisite and delicious, and the temperature of the fruit after the meal was just the right ice temperature. I was about to leave, but I stayed another night for this comfort. I will recommend it to all my friends and relatives when I go back.

The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)

Nice staff and good location The room is quite small with unnecessary two sinks. It would be nice if they cleaned the windows overlooking the outside views. However, staff are professional and helpful. One of them helped us with the Didi application and we really appreciated. The location is good too. It’s just a short walk to the bus stop where you can get to many attractions. They also provide a lovely map for guests.

A small hotel run by a young man born in the 1980s, located on Guanqian Street. The transportation is very convenient. Compared with the economy chain hotels, the service is very thoughtful and considerate. The whole house is smart (smart Xiaoai, smart curtains, smart toilets, etc.). The room supplies are clean and hygienic. The windows use three-layer hollow soundproof glass, and the sound insulation effect is not bad. I strongly recommend this hotel for Suzhou tourism!

We stayed there for one night with our two children. The room was lovely and all the staff were very friendly. Horizon Lounge was nice and spacious, although food and beverage choices were slightly limited. Right next to a huge shopping mall and a short taxi away from some famous tourist attractions such as Hanshan Temple. Overall a lovely stay.

The location is very good and near to train station with 2 convenient stores nearby. Also alot of eateries nearby along the street, just need to walk abit. Also walkable to Ping Jiang Lu and Guan Qian Jie. Room is of decent size. No breakfast but there is a small bakery at lobby, and the bread taste good
