The room was spacious, and having a kettle was an absolute lifesaver! The front desk staff spoke excellent English. There's also a small bar and restaurant on the ground floor, plus useful amenities like a printer. The surrounding area is lovely, though it's a bit far from the city center. However, it's a great option if you're flying out of Fiumicino the next day, as there's a direct train to the airport that takes about 30 minutes. Just be aware of strikes or delays (delays are pretty common). A little tip: technically you need a ticket for the train, but I couldn't find the red ticket machine at the station closest to the hotel, so I just got on without one and no one checked. Still, it's always best to buy a ticket to avoid any fines. The platform closest to the hotel goes towards the airport, and the one across the tracks goes to the city – don't mix them up!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall my experience was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and main attractions, which made traveling around the city easy and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing me to rest well after a long day. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety of options to suit different preferences. The common areas were clean and nicely designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and high-quality service. Its very clean, we stayed way at the back, persons refused to help us to get to the front, the help desk dosnt answer the phone and the dont know to speak, I saw ****** at its best, my friend had a disability and we were refused a lift. The black guy were the one who tried to help. Very ******, would never return. We went to the icecrem shop the two young people hardly spoke, the saw us as blacks the assume we needed the smallest icecream, the didn't give us an opportunity to choose, I asked why not let us choose, the young man just made a funny face, I only complained the purchase because of the kids.

A very, very good hotel. Although the location is a bit far from the city and the central station, a taxi cost about 16 euros a day, but the hotel rooms are indeed much better than those in the city. Especially the bed and soundproofing, the surrounding area is purely residential, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and convenient. The hotel provides a taxi service for 10 euros a trip to the vicinity of the Mouth of Truth.

The location and the services very well, all right. The bad location is in the middle of nothing you have no place to walk is literal walking the road if you arrive in public transport, I arrived at night I was very scared because although it indicates that it was 7 minutes walking is on the road without light and without path peat, daytime you feel a little more secure but you stop being ugly the good that passes public transport lines.

Except for the location, which is quite a distance from city centre and might be difficult to book a cab via FreeNow back to the hotel, the property and its rooms are actually nice, quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is okay. It’s far away from the city. About a 10 minute walk to the metro. If you take the train into the city the closet station is La Rustica, literally nothing around and Ubers cost 20-30 USD. The hotel room was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. The gym was also equipped with machines and couple cardio equipment. The stay was okay overall.

Though I booked a standard room with a courtyard view, they gave me a room at the backside with no view. Though the hotel is 4 stars but I was surprised that the room has no mini bar or kettle or provided bottle of water. Breakfast is ok with good varieties. Location is convenient, only 15 minutes by bus to St Peter cathedral. Overall experience is good for the value of money

This is a very good hotel. I will come again next time. The transportation is convenient. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful. The room is clean and tidy. It is a good hotel for travel.

I sent several confirmation messages to the hotel before my stay, but I was unable to get in touch for a while, which made me a little suspicious. However, they responded courteously afterward.
