"Rooms do not match the description. You pay for a king and a Queen and get a king and a single bed. Provides a lot of discussion. We have seen this happens a few times at the reception. Breakfast is sad for a hotel that says it has 4 stars and dare to count on huge prices. Price quality ratio is not good. Pool is fine but water is a little troubled."

"Hotels immediately give the ships where they arrive, at the beginning of the central road, half between the cocoa pub and the top mosquitos. Strategic location. nice, sympathetic and competent jacket; makes excellent breakfast at a very honest price. A beautiful and clean room with outdoor space that gives the pool immersed in the garden surrounded by cocoa trees, where you really are from God. Quality/price ratio hardly battleable. Siny congratulations, Jacinto!"

FFuentesDannyThe hotel is well, looks relatively new and keeps it in good condition.
The beaches are beautiful but it is a little isolated from the city center where restaurants and shops are, although it has a small shop quite slightly out there and a small mini-super a little farther.
It has two trees but they are always cold, I don't know if they are tolerated in summer, we couldn't get into winter, children and Europeans did not have so much trouble.
As an island, there is no medical service for delicate situations and the nearest is Cancún at two and a half hours on ferry and then on road to get ready.
The staff is very friendly and service.
The worst is the restaurant, food is generally bad, but the worst is breakfast, there are only horrible eggs that seem to make them with water, sauces, fries, chilaquiles and hotcakes. The juice is diluted with water and syrup (we saw it), it is the tail!!! as if they don't charge enough!!! The fatal sweet bread, the poor coffee and they don't serve it on the table. The food bells were always empty because we were too many guests and they were not awaiting. It's so bad that on the third day we decided to go to a neighboring hotel (and pay $1500 for 3 people) with an excellent buffet very abundant and excellent service, all the coffee we wanted and always served us at the table. There were eggs made, but you could also ask for a omelet with different extras at the moment, etc. Generally thousand times better.
The tours that the hotel sells you do not make it clear you are not in season so that the bioluminescent is almost nothing and you have to be moving the water to see something and the one of the 3 islands you don't see a single pink flamenc.
We're not going back to this hotel.

Only problem. The mosquito net did not cover the entire bed and the Holbox was full of mosquitoes.

GGuest UserHotel and wonderful service, with trained and professional people, very hosts and providing good information on the place ...I will certainly always recommend this hotel for future visits to Holbox.
We were even allowed to use the rooftop pool, having already check out , waiting for the time of return on ferry in the afternoon.
