Pullman Hotels in Sydney

The room isn't big, and neither is the lobby. I booked this last minute for a layover, mistakenly thinking the hotel was inside the terminal, which was my own error, so I can't blame the hotel. The airport shuttle service was not cheap, and surprisingly, it was outsourced rather than using the hotel's own vehicles to go directly to the airport. It even made detours to pick up guests from other hotels before heading to the airport, which was a first for me.

The hotel environment is a bit old, and the bathroom has a bathtub. There are no power outlets by the bedside. They clean the room every day, and it's quite spacious, but the elevators can get a bit crowded during peak hours. As for the location, it's right across from Hyde Park, a few hundred meters from the Australian Museum, and the Museum subway station. While the Opera House is only a little over 1 km away, it still takes a bit of a walk. It's not right in the city center; you have to walk about ten minutes to find food. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to Chinatown, the Opera House, and Darling Harbour. Maybe I walked too much those few days, but it felt a bit far.

Absolutely superb hotel. The location is obviously perfect, being just a couple of minutes from Circular Quay train station and on top of the wharf for ferries to everywhere as well as just across the road from the Royal Botanic Garden and a short stroll from the Sydney Opera House. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived to the ned of our stay and rightly recommended the breakfast where everything was cokked to order (no sad breakfast buffet here). Our suite had everything we needed: fully equpped kitchen, dining table, sitting area, bedroom plus a balcony with a fabulous view of the quay and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. We will definitely be back.

Located in the prime location, easy reach to shops, central, restaurants, we enjoyed the stay in the hotel with a great cozy room, modern bathroom, customer service, daily room service, friendly staff, secured parking, adequate amenities and as a creamy layer, FREE EV charging station. I highly recommend this for the location and amenities, tidy spacious room and bathroom and all above features. One thing that I would like to suggest is to please provide clear adequate signs (EV charging stations)in the parking to avoid circling around.

Very good hotel service. After check-out, the hotel also helped me find the thermos cup I lost in the room. The location is 20 minutes away from the city by taxi. Opposite the hotel is the Olympic Sports Center, not a commercial area.
