Sydney Spa Hotels

We chose this hotel for its location. Just step outside and you can hop on a tram to head down to Circular Quay or up towards Broadway. Great view from room too. The hotel was very clean; the foyer, the elevators, the hallways and the room. The extra bed for our teenager was very uncomfortable and certainly not worth the quoted $110 per night. We had to ask for extra towels/cup/glassware as there were three of us in the room. The main bed was comfortable but one of the legs/wheels was broken. The main television in the room did not work at all for the first 24 hours of our stay due to a ”global network failure”. It was only after this was fixed that we were able to discover the amenities/facilities offered by the hotel. Complimentary water bottles were only replenished once in a three-night stay, and used glasses were not always replaced/washed by housekeeping. The staff were pleasant enough but I expected a better overall experience staying at Hilton Sydney.

1. The hotel is in a very good location, convenient for taking the subway, shopping or eating. 2. The room is clean and comfortable, with a complete gym and swimming pool sauna. 3. The receptionist is very professional and friendly. I particularly like the Korean receptionist (Jooeun). She is cute! I wish I could be friends with her, and I regret not asking to take a photo with her.

AC in room 2614 wasn’t working but we called hotel staff and they immediately changed to the new room which is bigger. Thanks for promptly responsible. Breakfast is not too much choices tho. Thought it could have been better for 5 star hotel.

They have accessible room which is great for elderly, toilet is much bigger and the room too Location was really good with a train station right across, small swimming pool, breakfast was decent and not included, check in only one person working at the desk so a bit slow. The only downside is for every room service your order they charge tray fee and this was not explained from the start. First time to encounter this in hotel. So make sure you know what you want to order and only order once. If you forgot to order say drinks and order it after a separate tray charge will be charged on top of the bill for the food /drink

Unfortunately, this was a quick overnight trip for us, however, the hotel and location is superb and we will definitely return for longer next time!

Lovely location but can be very busy, which mean you will not get an early room check-in or late check out .Also the room service is not existent. You need to pay for them to deliver meal to the room . That’s very disappointing

The Amora in Jamison Street is now my 'go to ' city location. It is superbly situated within striking distance of The Rocks,Barangaroo and the main shopping area whilst having superb eateries within walking distance. No need to take the car once parked. We also love the smell as you enter the foyer - very reminiscent of the Imperial in Delhi. Staff are always friendly and accommodating.

Totally enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. Spent my birthday here and totally appreciated the birthday cake we received from Manager - Melanie . We were also lucky as we were able to get an early check in. Will definitely stay here again. It’s the best hotel I have stayed in , in Sydney . - Hannah

Fab hotel, the only slight downside is the pool advertised isn’t in the hotel itself it is part of a gym a short walk away

The visual view from the high floor is invincible! The room is spacious! The layout is relatively reasonable! Two bathrooms are very convenient to avoid embarrassment! Excellent location! The room facilities are relatively ordinary from the decoration, home appliances, bedding, and the experience is slightly inferior! But because the room is spacious and the location is excellent, the overall cost performance is super high! Highly recommended for multiple people! PS: 1. You need to bring your own slippers and toothbrushes; 2. There is no cleaning service during the stay, and you need to take out the garbage yourself (please pay attention to garbage classification) 3. The picture shows that we did a simple cleaning ourselves before checking out after staying for 5 nights.
