Came here for a staycation with the kids during the weekday. The staff was nice, and helpful! The hotel feels very 'grand' with generously sized rooms. My kids loved running around in the room and hanging out in the balcony overlooking the pool. My only complaint was that the kids play area was closed.

Room: The theme of the room I stayed in was Fantasyland. The room decoration was very fashionable and had a romantic atmosphere. The equipment was complete and the maintenance was pretty good. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and the room was cleaned very clean. The room was also very quiet. Although you can occasionally hear the sound of wall collisions, the impact is not big. The bed is very big and it is very comfortable to sleep on. When you see the carousel, you can't help but pretend to be an Internet celebrity and take pictures. Overall, I am very satisfied and will look forward to staying again. Parking: There is a garage and parking is very convenient. There is an MRT station nearby. The transportation is very convenient and the functionality is good. Bathroom: The jacuzzi in the room is quite large, with colorful lights and a good atmosphere. Taking a bath is particularly relaxing. There is also a steam device in the shower room where you can enjoy sweating and promote smooth metabolism. Although the tap of the water is very obvious when the faucet is turned on, it is also very relaxing. It's within the acceptable range. Apart from the slightly inconvenient location (10 minutes walk from the nearest subway station), it's a lovely stay in a modern hotel with professional staff who try their best to make you feel comfortable.

Nice place to stay with family . Hospitable staff and very good restaurants inside , only downside is but far off from city centre however accessibility through taxi and public transport is good

For less than 3,000 on a Friday night, it’s really a great deal to stay in this hotel! The CP value is super high! The room is large, has a light woody fragrance, and is very comfortable overall. The a**osphere of the restaurant for brunch is also great!

I love the hotel. I purposely booked the hotel as it’s near Shilin night market as I had a 19-hour layover and I wanted to go there. It’s 5 min walking distance, amenities are good, comfortable bed, big jacuzzi in the room. Breakfast was included. Professional stuffs. I’d love to come back again!

Check-in was unusual and may take a bit longer than normal. Contact less LINE app with the other party for ID submission and number will be provided to access their front door digital lock. Another four digits will also be provided to access the mechanical number lock unit to gain your room cards. Room was quite clean and functional. Small lift to access room on 2nd floor and above

The location hits the spot for your night market experience! Got all the works as with a large scale hotel establishment. Stick with the actual address of the place when searching for it as you won't see a physical signage of west.inn 48. The only downside is we already called to inform of our arrival, only to find out that there's no luggage storage available when we arrived at the place in the morning -- there were several other guests that had the same issue so make sure to make other plans & don't arrive earlier than the check in time. It's a self check-in & check-out process. Will surely recommend this place with the reminder to NOT arrive earlier than check-in time.

The location is good the room is clean the staff is very kind cheap place to stay near station access landmark in a minutes this hotel is not for sensitive/ richkid people if your looking for budget friendly hotel choose this thanks you city hotel.
