台東車站附近交通方便，遠程遙控接待，但第二天退房有遇到老闆，老闆很親切熱心，設備新穎乾淨 推薦！ 門口可停車，可以在車站租完車後開車。

第一次來台東旅行，主要是靠看評語來選住宿，來到民宿真的和評語零差別，個人更高評。首先，一定要點讚店長Max超細心招待，他不單推介了好去處和玩法如東部海岸線、鐵花村、夜市等，教我如何去看熱氣球(我是衝著這而來的~XP)，多次車我去火車站，還發信息跟進我情況如何，可能我初訪擔心我迷路，好窩心🫶🏻。值得一提的是民宿只是10分鐘左右步行到火車站，那裡我可乘搭多條旅遊巴士線和鐵路去玩，出行很便捷，但下午實在太熱和回程行李裝滿手信，店長特意開送我去車站，太感謝。房間很大又整潔，冷氣超夠，設置也友好，日用品好用、保濕高，最後一天我衝完0500 熱氣球場次，回来補眠休息更是舒爽。民宿位於民住區，没有太多商舖和食店，很是安寧，最適合玩完一天回来好好休息，個人的小偏愛💯💯💯

Teruma House is a very new, 6 months' old property. Clean, tastefully done in terms of design and comfort. Owner Max is very friendly, hospitable and helpful to share useful info such as suggestions on bicycle rental, places to eat, to visit. There are free coffee and snacks provided in the lobby area for guests. The only downside is the location of property is a bit of a walk from train station. Despite that, I absolutely love my stay there.

The owner of the B&B is courteous. The B&B facilities are clean and spacious. You can park outside. There is a lift to help the elderly get up and down. There is enough hot water for showering. I will definitely come back next time I come to Taitung.
