It's a new hotel that just opened, so it's a bit messy, but it's clean, super close, and friendly. When I went there, it was a new hotel, so the phone wasn't plugged in yet and there was no refrigerator, so I think it might be ready. Any shortcomings can be offset by a friendly attitude. There was a trash bag in front of the window, and it didn't smell, but when I asked him to clean it up out of frustration, he did it kindly and was willing to work and help.
