While the location of this hotel is excellent, my experience was unfortunately marred by a lack of personality and hospitality that one typically expects from a Hilton property. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a manager who seemed more interested in her phone and big gulp drink than in welcoming guests. She was sitting on a stool, distracted, and it felt as though my presence was an inconvenience. Alongside her was a younger staff member who appeared to be in training, adding to the sense of disorganization. The atmosphere in the hotel was lacking; many lights were off in the lounge area, presumably to save on costs, which contributed to a dim and uninviting environment. Additionally, the hallway carpeting was worn and in desperate need of replacement. I had upgraded to a larger two-room suite, but unfortunately, one of the TVs in the bedroom was inoperable, and the room itself felt dated and in poor condition. On a positive note, the parking was ample and easy to navigate, but overall, the property lacked the vibrancy and attention to detail that I expect from a Hilton hotel. It felt lifeless and in need of significant improvement. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
