bad experience in this hotel, location is good but reception was rude and he didn't help us. i dont recommend this hotel at all, you can find same hotel with better staff for sure. i've been in tiblisi many time but this time i realy had a bad experience.

We had a very bad stay and unfortunately I had a bad experience in Royal inn Tbilisi hotel, I went to hotels all over the world but this was the first time that the hotel failed to provide us breakfast at 7.30am and we left the hotel without breakfast even though we paid for it. I'm sorry about that. I am a tour guide and I will never recommend this hotel from, I was there with my clients when this bad experience happened. The hotel reception man was very rude and did not help us in any way. if yoy need any help from hotel don't think about this hotel.

Comortable room, very clean. Good location close to the main river. I took an early morning walk to visit a couple of nearby bridges. I only spent one night there. Breakfast facility was not more than sufficient. Service was a bit sloppy.

It does not matter how many times you write to the hotel to request the pick-up service from the airport because they do not answer you and, therefore, you cannot benefit from said service. If you arrive half an hour before check-in, they don't let you go up to the room, because if they face the outside they have a lot of noise at night since there is a pedestrian street with terraces next to it. Of course, the breakfast is quite good.
