Four Seasons Hualalai is a gorgeous Bali-inspired open air resort that evokes a more relaxing and tranquil vibe than the other offerings on the leeward side of the big island. Dining options are excellent. Rooms incredibly well appointed with outdoor showers and great views. Highly recommend.

This resort is absolutely stunning. The property is in incredible condition - our room was excellent. Bedding was insanely comfortable. What really sets this place apart is the level of service provided. Everyone is kind and helpful. We checked in at the security gate when we arrived, and by the time we got to the lobby everyone knew who we were and were ready with complimentary drinks, flowers, ready to take our luggage to our room, etc. it was an excellent start to the vacation. Similarly when we checked out they picked up our luggage at our room, gave us cold water for the trip to the airport, etc. it was superb. The poolside service in particular is absolutely superb. The staff are always coming around filling up your waters, taking drink and food orders, or providing other complimentary treats or services. I utilized the chat function in the app for various things and they were also responsive and helpful. Staying here certainly isn’t cheap but I think you get what you pay for in the quality of every aspect of the resort. My only critique is that the male spa facilities are in need of a spruce up (sauna, cold plunge, etc). But you are able to go in and use the facilities whenever you want during the stay, which is awesome. Food is extremely expensive but the quality is also very very high. You can tell the dishes use fresh, local ingredients and are well thought out. Can’t understate enough how incredible our time was here!

From the moment we arrived, we were well taken care. The staff was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive from arrival to departure. We went on a brief getaway and were aiming to relax and enjoy the scenery and food, and that's exactly what we got. The room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed with a robust bathroom setup. There was also an array of pools with different vibes throughout the property that were lovely to explore. Lastly, the food was wonderful, with great mocktails. We enjoyed the fact that we didn't need to leave the property to get everything we were looking for. Would highly recommend a visit here.

This resort is everything you expect of a Four Seasons and the beautiful setting of the Big Island. Customer service is the priority always and it’s a great place for families without being crazy. Plenty of outstanding experiences can be arranged through the hotel, the restaurants with one exception (Miller and Lux) are all delicious, can’t do better than this

I had an amazing experience at Hualalai! From the bespoke events curated by the concierges, to the excellent fitness classes and amazing instructors, from the spa services with the amazing estheticians and professionals, to the fabulous and amazing pool side service - not to mention the excellent cuisine with fabulous wild seafood. Off the charts delicious! This was my best trip to Hualalai ever! Every experience was elevated and exceptional! Can't wait to return! PS. The shopping at Seaside Luxe was great, too!

Angefangen beim Valet Parking, dem Empfang durch den Reception Manager, den Begrüßungscocktails, die Fahrt mit dem Golfcar zum Zimmer, das perfekte Frühstück, beim Wandern durch die Anlage vom Gärtner mit Namen begrüßt zu werden (das schlug tatsächlich dem Faß den Boden aus). Das Essen in den Restaurants, ehrlich gesagt, es gibt hier nichts anderes als positives. Einfach ein Traum und definitiv eine Reise wert. Wenn auf Big Island dann in dieses Resort!
