Hôtel vieillot. Peu insonorisé. Nous y avons séjourné il y a plusieurs années et l’établissement était peu invitant. Cette fois-ci, au vu du prix plus élevé pour une chambre, nous avons cru à tort que l’hôtel avait été rénové. Erreur, rien n’a changé si ce n’est qu’il est plus vétuste. Bonne note pour le personnel toutefois qui s’est montré courtois et attentionné. Le café offert dans la salle de restauration self service était bon.

Commis à l'accueil qui a clairement laissé sous entendre à ma conjointe de venir le rejoindre à l'arrière en lui faisant un clin d'oeil et un signe de tête en voulant dire "tu peux me suivre " et le lendemain je l'ai surpris à regarder à travers la porte patio de notre chambre en se collant les mains et le visage dans la vitre Quand je suis sorti dehors il était rendu un peu plus loin à faire le même manège à la troisième chambre voisine.. quand il m'a aperçu il s'est dépêcher à rentrer à l'intérieur Tout le long du séjour il la regardait intensément chaque fois que nous passions devant l'accueil

Bon service a la réception, gentillesse et sourire Propre. Petite chambre (un peu trop petit) Grosse difficulté a contrôler (système aération trop chaud ou trop froid) Il y a très peu de compétition dans le secteur( il sont les seuls, les autres sont pas ou peu potables. Stationnement bien accessible.

C’est un hôtel correct. Les corridors sont un peu défraîchis. La chambre était bien, et la salle de bain, très propre. À mon arrivée, la température de la chambre était quasi hivernale. J’ai dû arrêter le système d’air climatisé, et faire fonctionner celui de chauffage durant quelques minutes. Le service à l’accueil était réduit, mais efficace. Le choix de lieu d’hébergement est limité à Thetford Mines, donc les tarifs sont assez élevés.

Le lobby était tout simplement très sale La chambre était également pas trop propre et surtout le tapis était vieux et sale Le déjeuner très ordinaire et la cage de l’eau de vaisselle A notre départ le jeune homme n’a même pas daigner nous saluer il était dans le bureau sûrement à jouer sur son téléphone

This hotel is okay at the best of times and a bit dated. The first issue was that our rooms had been given away, even though we had prepaid for them. It took some effort but they did manage to find other rooms for us, but not before they claimed we did not have any reservations (we provided the confirmation number and confirmed twice before arrival). The second issue was the noise. The hallways were loud and people felt the need to have conversations well beyond midnight that were disruptive. Our room was fair, but we had to settle with two double beds instead of the king we had booked. The water pressure was good and the room was clean. The breakfast book in the morning was small and crowded. I don’t think I will return to this hotel again and would like to try another one in hopes of having a better experience.

Nous avons séjourné au Comfort Inn de Thetford Mines dans le cadre d'un tournoi de hockey. Nous sommes arrivés le mercredi ne sachant pas trop si nous allions nous rendre loin dans le tournoi. Lorsque nous avons voulu annuler la 4e nuit, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait aucun remboursement alors qu'on nous avait dit, à notre arrivée, qu'on pouvait annuler avant midi. En tout et partout, nous avons dormi 4 nuit à cet hôtel et, pendant ces 4 jours, la chambre n'a jamais été faite, les serviettes jamais changées (nous avons dû en demander à la réception), les poubelles jamais vidées. Le déjeuner chaud était pratiquement le même à chaque matin. Bref, pour le prix, cet hôtel n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur (je tiens à préciser que nous avons eu un taux préférentiel puisque nous étions une équipe). À éviter.
