Quisiera levantar una queja contra este Hotel llegue de media noche cansado, viaje largo y no me recibieron. Me dijeron que como no confirmé no tenia habitación. Y que el Hotel estaba lleno. Fue terrible no tener hotel de madrugada

Rooms not as good as advertised on pictures

The room I was placed in was next door to another room being remodeled. At 7am the construction crew began making the biggest racket. By 8am they were hammering the adjoining wall so loud I was forced to check out early. No consideration was given for guests trying to get a good night's sleep. Worse experience I've ever had staying at a hotel.
