El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a unos pasos de la Plaza Altabrisa. Su precio es razonable tomando en cuenta los servicios con que cuenta, ya que hay otras opciones más económicas, pero con las limitaciones y otras de mayor precio que por lo que ofrecen, convierten a este hotel en la mejor opción para mi presupuesto. Pros: Su ubicación y la tranquilidad de la zona. Contras: El desayuno está muy limitado. Inicia a las 7 am y no es de autoservicio. Le ofrecen a uno el menú: Café, fruta (Sandía o papaya) con yogurt y granola y a las 7:10 de mañana, ya no había papaya. Hay dos o tres variedades de platillos como huevos al gusto y olvídense de algún jugo de frutas, simplemente, no lo hay.

Es un hotel que cumple con lo indispensable y de manera sobresaliente. Gran atención del personal, amables, atentos, hasta se ofrecieron a traerme algunos artículos por los que pregunté. El desayuno buffet es bueno, muy cómodas las habitaciones y descanso reparador. Ubicado en una zona bonita, moderna, pero lejano al centro. Le hace falta servicio de lavandería.

El peor hotel en el que nos hemos hospedado. Desde la primer noche, se escucha todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones de los lados, pedimos ayuda en recepción porque estaban jugando con una pelota en la habitación contigua y no hubo respuesta. Hasta después de las 2 a.m. permanecimos despiertos. La habitación sucia, el baño con mal olor, las paredes , principalmente del baño con manchas de todo tipo, incluyendo pasta dental de huéspedes previos, cabellos ajenos, nos faltaba una toalla, (éramos 3 personas), la regadera oxidada y obstruída, el agua del lavabo se queda estancada, el aire acondicionado terrible. Pedimos cambio de habitación al día siguiente y accedieron, cambiándonos a una habitación junto al elevador, que tiene un sonido de timbre cada que alguien lo usa y con las mismas deficiencias de comodidad y limpieza. Todo mal. Malísimo...

Estas haciendo adecuaciones al hotel, no te dejan descansar es sábado 8:30 am estan rompiendo cemento ..los ruidos pareciera que están afuera de cuarto. No es buen momento para tener una estancia placentera, deberían de tener un poco de consideración a los que venimos a descansar. Muy molesto.
