Guest UserThe room had everything I needed. And the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a laundry area, so I was able to wash and dry clothes. There was also a microwave in the lounge room, which came in handy on days I didn’t want to eat out.
There are a few convenience stores close by, with a 7-eleven next door.
It was really easy to walk to the metro lines and Kanda station was well linked to the rest of the city.
The area was quiet at night, which I liked after a busy day.

Guest UserThis is a great hotel! They provide toiletries, pajamas, and even charging cables and curling irons, so you really don't need to bring anything when staying at a Sotetsu series hotel. Although this particular branch in Jimbocho is a bit of a walk from the station, the area is full of bookstores and restaurants, making for a fantastic atmosphere.

Joanna FranklinAlways a good idea to stay in Kayabacho. This hotel is on exit 7 of Kayabacho station (2 mins walk)
Transport: You will have access to the Tozei and Hibiya line (Metro) Tokyo station is walkable as well.
Nearby: Yoshinoya, Sukiya and Saizeriya. Lots of other restaurants but these are our go to.
Check in is at 3pm. They do keep your bag if you come earlier and store it up to 10pm on day of check out.
Breakfast is with the Pronto cafe linked to the hotel, not big breakfast but can get 2 cups of coffee.

Anonymous UserWe forwarded our luggages to Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tamachi 2 days ahead of our arrival. Hotel stored our luggages securely for our check-in. Hotel locates 3 mins walk from JR Tamachi and Subway Mita station. Very convenient to take either train. Asakusa line also runs all the way to Haneda airport without changing trains.
Bedroom is large enough to wide open our luggage. These luggages can also be kept under the beds for space management.
Breakfast is buffet style with variety of hot and cold dishes. Not a lot but worth the spending.
Check-in and check-out are super fast with automatic booths.
Amenities are provided at the reception.

Anonymous UserNice and clean standard sized room for business hotel. Overall is what I expected from standard Japanese hotel with one safety concern of the vending machine/washing machine room. Around 22:00, I found people partying in the room and drinking alcohols sitting on the floor, they are not loud but the room is quite small which make it uncomfortable for those who actually go there to the vending machine or to wash their clothes. I wish hotel staff would regular check the room to prevent the room's misuse and make it comfortable for other guests. Upsides is the hotel is strategic location to reach the Haneda airport as it's only 800m away to Tokyo Monorail station which provides direct train to the airport. Other stations are Tokyo Metro Daimon station and JR Hamamatsuchō station which is 300m and 600m away, respectively.

The transportation here is incredibly convenient! You've got everything you need right outside the door – food, drinks, entertainment, you name it! Seriously, if you can think of it, you'll find it here.
The convenience store downstairs is a bit small, but it still meets most guests' needs. And the ice cream? Absolutely worth getting one every single day!

Kevin Jean Leedecent hotel. The rooms are very small, but there are self-service bath salts, face masks, and skincare samples downstairs. Perhaps because I visited during art week, the prices were exceptionally high, around $100 USD, which I didn't think was very worthwhile

HuangwuxieThis hotel is super convenient! It's right by a subway station and a convenience store. It's also really close to central Shinjuku, and you can walk to Kabukicho Ichibangai in just over 10 minutes. Self check-in is a breeze, and you can store your luggage here too. Plus, you can grab complimentary toiletries and bath amenities from downstairs. There are also a few small restaurants right across the street, which is really handy for meals.

Angela❤️The hotel offers complimentary masks and skincare products. The room I booked was a bit small (comfortable for one person, but a couple might need to 'cultivate their relationship' a bit more to fit in! 🤣).
**Surroundings:** A 12-minute walk 🚶♂️➡️ to Ginza (popular shopping area). A 30-minute bullet train 🚅 ride to Senso-ji Temple (popular attraction). A 37-minute bullet train 🚅 ride to Shibuya (popular attraction).
**Food Recommendations ⭐⭐⭐**
* GINZA TONKATSU SAITO: A 17-minute bullet train 🚅 ride away (the fried pork cutlet 🥩 is super juicy, highly recommend!). Around 4000 JPY per person.
* UNAGI YOSHIKAWA SHIBUYA BRANCH: Great to try when you're in Shibuya. Around 2500-3000 JPY per person.
* Natural Taiyaki at Senso-ji Temple.
