It was really nice. There’s not that many hotels that serve a room for 3 people but here has it. I didn’t want a room with camp bed or folding bed. The additional bed was cosy here. The room was quite small for three people but we almost didn’t stay in the room and just came here for a sleep so it was fine. Two convenience stores are near to the hotel and it’s really close to the subway station Hanzomon so I thought it’s a perfect choice for the Tokyo trip. Plus next to the hotel there’s a quick soba restaurant maybe for the morning business man was cheap and the taste is also not bad. If you’re busy you can try it

Adequate room size, clean (comes with air filter), complete amenities are provided and then some. They also have a self-service, first-come-first-serve locker/baggage room in case you arrive early before check-in time ( I believe it's also available if you checked-out and require a place to leave your luggage before moving to your next destination). Location wise, although it was manageable, it's still quite a distance from Shinjuku Stn and can be a challenge if lugging a suitcase or traveling with a kid. Overall is was a good experience, a nice comfortable space worth its price tag.

An extremely comfortable stay. We were wowed the second we step into our hotel rooms, amazed by the wonderful beds and beautiful toilets specifically designed to be as spacious as possible, making it one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It was a welcomed surprise when we saw RESTAURANTS and LAWSON right inside the hotel, such that it takes less than FIVE minutes to buy food to enjoy inside our rooms, which are equipped with a vintage desk that serves as both our dining table as well as our makeup table. As for attractions nearby, it’s like icing on cake. With train stations close by and an iconic amusement park right outside our hotel windows, it is more ideal than we expected it to be. Here, we’d like to especially recommend the restaurant on 2/F that serves roasted meat, Thunder Dolphin, and Water Drop. These locations brought immense joy to our family. Regarding services, the hotel check-in and check-out services are convenient and operates 24 hours a day, with helpful staff stationed nearby ready to help us anytime anyday. The hotel rooms are also diligently cleaned by the sanitary staff. Overall, a definite 10 out of course 10 stay.

The lobby is on the fourth floor, and there are capsule rooms on separate floors for men and women. The men's bathroom is on the eighth floor. There is a lounge after taking a shower. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Despite the room being small, it has all the basic necessities. My son loves the bath tub, as he could play with the bath bombs. Location is good and you don’t have to walk long way back to hotel. Many convenient stores, pastries shops, fast food and small restaurants. Quiet town, and easy to navigate. Two subway stations - JR and Metro to transit to various parts of Tokyo.

This hotel is excellent, location is very good, near many sights in Tokyo, staff are very nice, and really take consideration on our needs, will visit this hotel when we travel to Tokyo again.

It was an early morning flight, so I stayed the night before. I was closed for a while due to the corona disaster, but I am happy that it has resumed. The front desk staff and the bus driver are as expected! Needless to say, the room is clean, but the bed and sofa are also calm.
