Very new and clean hotel, able to fully open 2 medium size luggage. Near to subway station from exit 3/4, nearby got total three convenience store, family mart, Lawson and 7-11. Reception is very friendly and helpful, luggage already in the room as we leave our belongings at lobby since we reached earlier than check in time. Although full room cleaning is not everyday but they will change the towel and some minor cleanup will do.

This hotel is excellent, location is very good, near many sights in Tokyo, staff are very nice, and really take consideration on our needs, will visit this hotel when we travel to Tokyo again.

Adequate room size, clean (comes with air filter), complete amenities are provided and then some. They also have a self-service, first-come-first-serve locker/baggage room in case you arrive early before check-in time ( I believe it's also available if you checked-out and require a place to leave your luggage before moving to your next destination). Location wise, although it was manageable, it's still quite a distance from Shinjuku Stn and can be a challenge if lugging a suitcase or traveling with a kid.
