Although breakfast is free, the ingredients are very good, broccoli, blueberries, etc. are served almost every day, and soup containing mushrooms of water-soluble dietary fiber, I also liked Japanese avocado and chicken. Carrots and seafood carpaccio were also delicious. I think it's included in the room rate, but it was a very healthy breakfast compared to the Richmond I used to use so far. As for the room, it's a business hotel, so can't it be helped? If you dare to say it, I would like you to light up the corridor and the elevator hall on the first floor every morning. The staff were also polite and nothing happened during my stay. If you have a large suitcase, it is easier to get to the hotel by using the elevator that is only on the Asakusa Line side of the metropolitan government. There is only a long staircase at the 4 exit next to the hotel, so it is difficult to go up the stairs with luggage. On rainy days, it is better to walk underground to the hotel. It was a terminal station that was easy to use because there was a 2 station on the JR Sobu Line to Tokyo Station and a 2 line on the Asakusa Line to Narita Airport.

Great location. Right in the heart of things in Asakusa. Near food stalls, restaurants and a short walk to the temple at night, which may be the best time to be there. The hotel is well kept and if you get the rooms with views you can see the temple and Tokyo Skytree,
Only downside is that it’s not as close to the railways as some. Not far but 10-15 minutes with luggage

The room was very clean and cozy, although small. The windows were big with a nice view. We had a projector in the room with a netflix subscription, which was quite a pleasant surprise. There was a problem with our toilet and the staff quickly fixed it.
The breakfast was meh, just a very plain convenience store sandwich and a small pack of juice. There are free beverages in the lobby though which are available throughout the day.
The location is okay, there is nothing particularly interesting in the area, although there are multiple subway lines nearby, which makes it easier to get to different areas in the city. Akihabara is really close.
Overall a very nice hotel, especially if you are in Tokyo for the first time and plan to explore multiple areas of the city

An exclusive sanctuary high above Japans cosmopolitan capital Aman Tokyo is Amans first urban concept hotel situated adjacent to the Otemachi Forest. Offering birds eye views of the Imperial Palace Gardens and surrounding Tokyo landmarks the hotel features a serene Aman Spa and a peaceful inner garden. Surrounded by engawa a wooden feature dividing the inside and out the soaring lobby rises nearly 30 metres.
Aman Tokyo is a monument to the modern-day Japanese capital - a place where urban dynamism is tempered with serenity.
Perched above the Tokyo skyline the private dining room and boardroom are perfect for both on- and off-duty occasions.

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Great location by Hibiya station with private entrance/exit at the local basement. We appreciate the large closet and bathroom, which is spacious by any typical Japan room size. Could have done better with their daily in-room refreshment or welcome amenities especially for a luxury hotel. We got a pack of snack and that was it for the entire 4 nights stay. Otherwise, everything else is good and we enjoyed our stay!
Hibiya continues to evolve as a mecca of Japanese entertainment culture, highlighting theaters, cinemas, and other forms of stage performances.
Inspired by the history of Hibiya, Mercure Tokyo Hibiya's design concept "Stage Art", can be experienced in spaces featuring gorgeous lighting, rugs, artwork, and stage-inspired designs spread throughout 178 guest rooms and suites, lobby, restaurant & bar, executive lounge, fitness center, and meeting room.

This was a decent stay in Tokyo Ginza area. We are a couple and stayed here for 5 nights. The location was superb being a few mins walk from Simbashi station and a little further from Ginza station. These 2 stations are super convenient. There’s a direct train from Simbashi station to Narita Airport.
The service is typical Japanese. Very strict with the check in and out timings. Having said that, the staff allowed us to store our luggage so we could still do some last minute exploring.

Overall was okay experience. The only thing that bothers is the laundry room. There are so many Chinese ********* or middle Eastern people make a mess after washing. Things like putting tissue inside the washing machine and taking off other people clothes without consent before the owner comes back to pick up their washed clothes.

GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.
MMing KitRight next to Shinjuku JR Station,Takashimaya. Location is super convenient. The hotel room is right up high in the sky and you can have the best view of Tokyo. Breakfast is also good. And there are some good restaurants on the same building at 3rd/4th floor as well. (Picture are the view from hotel room and lobby)
CChengPerfect location for shopping with major malls located with 10mins walk. The hygiene of the street outside the hotel is below expectation but that’s not what the hotel is responsible for. Type C port next to the bed makes charging convenient. The self laundry service costs 600 yen for 2-hour washing and drying without the need to bring detergent. Another convenient service is the drinking fountain on each floor with the choice of iced, room temperature and hot water.

It’s quite a distance from subway and the room is quite outdated
Not sure why the housekeeping kept all the room slippers and not throwing them. They mixed mine and my friend’s slipper so we have to use new one but then they didn’t throw the old ones and it accumulate to 7-8 pairs by the end of trip and it’s very messy. And they didn’t throw our rubbish when they did the housekeeping. Not sure if it’s the bedding but I got rashes over my body and it’s so itchy till now (I’ve checked out on 27 September)
ぴぴー P𝐍𝐎𝐇𝐆𝐀 𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐋 𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐇𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐀 * The concept of art music food fusion, and it delivers a lifetime unforgettable moment to the traveler. * Open the door of the hotel... You can taste the impression. * Also, important corona measures are also well taken at this time! * The reception is of course all the staff members are greeted with a mask. There is also an acrylic version in the bar counter. * The temperature measurement at the reception and the health status on the paper are described. If you are suspected, you can't stay, so you don't have any anxiety even if you are adjacent to the restaurant. * You can also have a freshly baked focaccia and pizza with a rare firewood cooker in Tokyo. The breakfast is delicious with a variety! * The bus has a rain shower, and the washbasin is easy to make with a happy actress light for women. * Room amenities are original products in cooperation with the surrounding area. All beautiful and wonderful things. * There is only an art theme hotel, and it is an art and art that can be taken in hand. NNisarat TawaraIt was nice having 2 nights at the hotel. The pillows and the bed was so comfortable with queen size bed. The bathroom with deep bathtub was cool in the small area. The location was perfect with electric store just near by. But if you don’t wanna hear the train sound, you might need to inform the staff in advance.
AAnonymous UserHighly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home.
For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!
Ccloudy moonLocation is good. Take exit West(N, 20b) and walk straight after cross the zebra cross in front of Family Mart
Hotel rooms in Tokyo are generally small. I booked a 2 beds (with bunk beds) to have more space for us.
There are pillows for you to choose next to the life lobby and there are plenty of eateries nearby. Very convenient.
Nothing much for the breakfast. ¥1,000 can eat a lot more outside.
DdyhxNot my first time staying here and as usual, they don't accord complimentary early check in, even when they have availability. They are truly a 3* that's pretending to be 4* but charging rates of a 5*. Paying through the roof just for the location. The rooms are dated and small, yet having paid over SGD340 per night for a single room (1 super single bed), and the entire room came with just 1 powerpoint socket. I'm further disappointed that having stayed here almost annually for 5 years in a row pre-covid, they've never bothered to track my preferences and I really dread a room far away from the lifts where I have to drag my heavy luggage through carpeted flooring and dragging my feet after a long day of walking. Goes to show how much they value repeated guests. The front desk staff have lost their smiles except for the 2 younger ones managing the luggage storage. The staff on the day I checked out were a little friendlier but yes, don't expect complimentary late check out either.
Room is also only made up upon request, if you fail to place the magnet on your door before 12nn, it'll not be cleaned.
GGuest UserThe hotel uses self-service check-in. This time, we have two adults and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. The room looks very big in the photo, but it would be a bit awkward to put two suitcases in. This time, I was more disappointed when I entered the room. I found that the cleaning was not very clean, there was a lot of hair from the previous tenant, and there was dust on the refrigerator. The towels provided by the hotel have a strong smell of bleach, so it is recommended to bring your own towels.
The location is about 15 minutes from the station. The only good thing is that the eel rice next door is delicious.
