Hotels near Ikebukuro, Tokyo

Good hotel, nearby is Mejiro station which is in Yamanote loop. The room size is standard but ok. The services is great, i ask permision to put mu luggage there for 4 days because i have to go to Osaka and come back again to Tokyo, and they allowed it without and charge. Nearby also some covenient store like Natural Lawson and 711.

Excellent location, connected to the Yamonote line as well as the Odakyu line. Amenities - both food and shopping - are available in its vicinity. The double room is small, but has everything one needs. If I were to nitpick, I personally found the bed too hard and pillows a little too flat. The hotel doesn’t come with sports facilities if you are looking for a workout. But if you wish to do laundry, it has a decent laundry room.

Getting there Getting to the hotel from narita airport, you can take the keisei skyliner to change at Nippori at the Yamamote line to change and stop at Takanobaba and change to another train Seibu Shinjuku station. It will be a few minutes walk to the hotel from there. Very convenient. To go back to the airport, book yourself an express bus directly at the lobby entrance (QR code is there) with a screen on the departure timing to various airports so you don’t have to lug your luggage. Stay Luxurious hotel right smack in the middle of all the action, eateries, shopping, etc. I stayed for 7 nights at the premier suite which I believe had one of the best views around this area. Room is spacious for Japanese standards. And the 2 toilets and 2 bath is something we really appreciate. Amenities are all given, and you have everything in the room, including a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. Staff are friendly and eager to help during check in etc. I did not have much chance to interact with them since I also did not book one with breakfast. One tip is the enter the hotel through Starbucks directly downstairs, instead of going one round to enter the lobby. Just cut through Starbucks and go down the stairs immediately and make a left turn to the lobby. Afterthoughts Good and new hotel in an excellent location. Some things will need to be improved, out of the 7 nights, I only request for rooms to be cleared twice. The first time, housekeeping forgot to refill my towels after removing them, forgot to refill our drinking waters and even left a dirty tshirt in my toilet that don’t belong to me. I believe that could be used by them to clean the toilet, else no reasons someone’s dirty tshirt is found and left in my toilet. Should have definitely used a cleaner rag to clean up the toilet. I did not crate a fuss about it but just took the tshirt out of the room since it is a new hotel that just opened for one week and all staff are new too. But this should not happen next time again, especially since this is a suite booking. P/S check out Ichiran 3 mins walk away and the 24 hours Don Quixote too.

The hotel location is very convenient and easy to reach. There are many restaurants and convenience shops nearby. The hotel room is spacious for 3 persons (2 adults & 1 child) and we can open our two baggages easily. However, the refrigerator is not cold enough as we find the ice-cream melts.

Clean room. Great location and services. Hotel staff recommended me to sign up for a member card to get many privileges especially late check-out at 14.00. Thanks for kind services.

Spent 2 nights here, bathrooms were really clean and the beds were comfy. Air con worked well too. Strange having a panini and potatoe wedges for breakfast but was really tasty, the coffee was lovely. The tumble dryer wasn't great, spent ¥300 trying to dry clothes and they were still left damp after 90mins of drying. Also they charge for storing luggage, even for small bags.

Good location, about 5 to 8 minutes walk from Shinjuku gionnmae station. You can also walk (10 to 15 mins) to all the Shinjuku must go to places: golden gai, Omoide Yokocho, Ikebukuro. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the staff was nice. It's definitely not a 5 star big hotel but it works well for short trips and it's still decently priced (for Tokyo hotel standards).

Pro There’s free shuttle to and fro Disneyland and Disneysea Con It’s quite a distance from subway and the room is quite outdated Not sure why the housekeeping kept all the room slippers and not throwing them. They mixed mine and my friend’s slipper so we have to use new one but then they didn’t throw the old ones and it accumulate to 7-8 pairs by the end of trip and it’s very messy. And they didn’t throw our rubbish when they did the housekeeping. Not sure if it’s the bedding but I got rashes over my body and it’s so itchy till now (I’ve checked out on 27 September)

Room is good size compare to other same price hotel in Tokyo. Three minute walk to the outlook tower. 15 minute walk to Shinjuku JR station. Shinjuku NS Building is also three minute walk. We stayed in this hotel for three nights. However the laundry room was locked for all 3 days in the main building, we have to walk to another building (in the heavy rains), otherwise it was a nice hotel , we will definitely come back for this price. Clean and friendly staff as well.

Spacious walk from Nikkori Station. New hotel, room is placed in a small location with high density. Overall new and clean. The room is not large, but the fixtures can be stored compactly and do not feel narrow. I saw the sky tree outside the window (according to the room). The sound insulation of the window and the light shielding curtain are perfect. It is suitable for people who want to sleep even if it is bright. You can hear the sound of the corridor. The bath is an artificial hot spring. There is no bathtub in the accommodation room. Breakfast is devised with a Tokyo-like menu. There is only one elevator in the annex and attention to congestion. Stairs are not available.
