It is 5 minutes walk from the station, and it is accessible without getting wet even in the rain. 15 minutes by train to Shibuya and 30 minutes including transfer time to Shinjuku. The last train from Shinjuku to Shibuya is over 24:00, so I don't think it will be painful to combine it with sightseeing in Tokyo. In the west, you can eat while watching Mt. Fuji and 30F restaurants depending on the weather and seats. Unfortunately, I couldn't see Mt. Fuji from the guest room because the room I stayed in was on the south side, but if you are in the guest room on the west side, you may be able to spend time watching Mt. Fuji changing its facial expression in the morning, noon, and evening. Even if you couldn't see Mt. Fuji, the view from 28F29F was exceptional. If you are eating around the hotel, it is recommended to check the business hours in advance.
It was good that it was in a good location to return to the accommodation no matter where I was touring, such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, Asakusa, Ginza, and Tokyo Tower. The facilities were good and it was a very comfortable accommodation for 3 days. I think I will visit again next time.

I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel. Close enough to everything, with the subway right across the street and far enough away so it’s quiet. There are several shops and restaurants around. This is the only hotel that insisted to clean my room every day during my 11-day/3-city trip to Japan. Kudos to this hotel! Very clean and helpful staff that (also to my surprise) spoke English. The other two hotels claimed to speak, but did not, at the other hotels there were foreigners at the front desk that couldn’t speak English or Japanese. This hotel had Japanese that could speak English very well!

It is a very beautiful hotel. The room is also large and easy to use. Although it was the end of the year, I was able to stay cheaply with breakfast. The reception is on the same floor as the restaurant and shop, and it is small, but there is a coffee machine for guests. The customer service is ok, don't expect much. The amenities bar is rich in variety. Especially there are a lot of bathing agents. Check-in is a touch panel type that has recently increased. The explanation in the building is seen on the TV in the room. If you don't have a card key, you can't go to the room by elevator. The room was assigned to the top floor. But the land pattern called Gotanda? The view is one now. And, if you are concerned about the sound of the train, please request a room that is not on the track side. The room is large and easy to use. The bath is large and there is also a bathtub, and there is a chair in the washroom. The floor of the room is not stained, and the desk is beautiful. The bed is large and the mattress is good hardness. I didn't care, but the desk may be small if it is a business. There is an air cleaner. The room clothes were soft and good with gauze specifications. It was good if the length of the pants was a little longer, because the woman is cold under the knee. There is also a YouTube TV. It is a pity that the refrigerator was not cold at all. The sound from the surrounding room was 々 but within the assumed range. If you become a free member of JR Hotels, check-out will be extended for 1 hours. You can do it with the app, so please. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the reception floor. The salad bar is rich and delicious. I choose one main, but omelettes are recommended. I think the location pattern price setting is cheap, but if you don't sightseeing, it is good for telework and I think it is good to relax. There is also a convenience store and there is a supermarket nearby, so it is not difficult to shop.

The hotel route inn used this time, I was able to sleep comfortably and sleep comfortably in a quiet environment. The location is good and you can go to Haneda Airport by limousine bus and train in about 40 minutes. I will use it next time.

GGuest User2023.07.26
I used it for an overnight stay after arriving at Haneda Airport using National Travel Support. I like the Mets series and have stayed in Gotanda, Akihabara, Shinkiba, and Mejiro. I thought it was a new opening, but is it a rebrand? It seems that the Tokyu REI Hotel was originally there. It's completely unoccupied, or rather, it looks just like a new building. There are three elevators, so you can get there without stress. I was surprised at how small the front desk was. All of the amenities at Mets are in the form of an amenity bar. I stayed in a queen room for the first night and was surprised at how spacious it was. For the second night, I chose a superior single room. Even if it is a superior single, business use seems to be a source of envy. The single room is narrower than the Gotanda Mets. Also, the windows are small and have double glazed windows, so I guess this is the only area that couldn't be rebranded. Another thing that couldn't be rebranded was the entrance to the unit bath, which is not universal because there are quite a few steps. It might be difficult for elderly people who are concerned about steps to climb, especially in the middle of the night, so I thought it would be nice to have an auxiliary step stool. The unit bath is brand new and very clean, with a spacious bathtub and large sink. The bed is comfortable and spacious with two pillows even for a single bed. There is an air purifier, but the air conditioner is a brand I don't know and is a bit difficult to use. Is this also not rebrandable? The desk is a decent size, but the handles on the drawers get in the way when you move them. Also, the location of the TV is right next to the desk, which is a little weird, but you can watch YouTube and Netflix on the smart TV. There are a lot of hangers, etc., which is unique to Mets. Slippers are washable and reusable, so if you're interested, feel free to bring your own. There is a refrigerator and kettle. Mobile charging cord included. The pattern of the carpet on the floor is a little disappointing, and if you don't look closely, you'll probably see dirt falling on it. It has a brown color called Kana. It's a shame that the chair is a little difficult to pull out. Because of the original structure of the hotel, you can barely hear the sounds from the neighboring rooms. For breakfast, choose from three cafes in Atre and enjoy your morning with the general public. If you are reluctant, stay overnight without meals. There is a lounge for guests only on the front floor, where you can drink coffee and tea as much as you want. It's convenient because you can eat and drink and you can use it even after checking out. You can leave your luggage by yourself even after check-out. Unlike most Mets stores, which are directly connected to the station and not covered by umbrellas, Mets Omori is directly connected to Atre, making shopping extremely convenient. Once you get off the elevator to the 5th floor, you'll be at the restaurant. You don't need a coat even if it's cold. I think it's a good hotel for business, shopping, and a little refreshment.
Ideally located in the prime touristic area of Shibuya, The Westin Tokyo promises a relaxing and wonderful visit. Both business travelers and tourists can enjoy the hotel's facilities and services. 24-hour room service, gift/souvenir shop, grocery deliveries, portable wi-fi rental, taxi service are just some of the facilities on offer. Some of the well-appointed guestrooms feature television LCD/plasma screen, mirror, slippers, internet access – wireless, internet access – wireless (complimentary). To enhance guests' stay, the hotel offers recreational facilities such as fitness center, spa, massage, garden, steamroom. The Westin Tokyo combines warm hospitality with a lovely ambiance to make your stay in Tokyo unforgettable.

Great, well managed hotel in the Ebisu district of Tokyo. I was here for three nights before flying home. As mentioned turn right after you exit the JR train station and walk all the way down through the tunnel to the hotel. I really like the the outdoor mall at the Yebisu Garden Place with it’s unbelievable food court. This place should win an award for a urban outdoor development with book stores, coffee bars , high end restaurants, hotel and train station. If I’m traveling with my wife I would stay here. If I m traveling with my teenage kids I would stay at the Hyatt in Shinjuku as it is closer to the action. I loved the 17th floor executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks . But I preferred the lobby lounge for breakfast as it had a better selection of items. I would not however pay $130 extra for the lounge. The rooms were very nice . I was so impressed with how clean the rooms and lobby were maintained. This is a world class hotel in the upper price range.

The location is good. 5 min walking from JR gotamba and JR osuki. Also 20 min to JR Shinagawa station. The room is cozy and comfortable. For one person 2/3 days is good. It has fridge and air conditioner. The service is really good and polite. They helped me with some questions very easily. Probably the clean staff could be better, as I found some hair in my room every day. But in general it is a very good hotel, according with the price in Tokyo.
Around the hotel there are many places for lunch and dinner, and also many supermarket around, such as 7/11, Lawson or family mart.
They also allow me to leave my luggage before check in, and also during the check out I could leave my luggage there for a couple of hours.
In general it is a good recommendation if you wish to travel to Tokyo and stay in a cheap hotel.

It’s a convenient and safe location— a business district. The hotel also comes with a female-only-floor option. I’ve noticed plenty of Japanese locals on a business trip staying at the place, which is promising since it’s telling that the service is good enough for the locals. Amenities are free to take at the lobby— toothbrushes, individual packaged towels, cotton swabs. (And also complementary drip UCC coffee packets and tea bags).
Nice view from the window, another bonus and the building is chic on the whole. 7-11 right downstairs and it’s only a 5-to-10-minute walk to the stations.
Front-desk was kind enough to lend me a phone charger as well upon request as well. Mine broke right on the very last day and that was a lifesaver.

Outstanding
GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.
MMing KitRight next to Shinjuku JR Station,Takashimaya. Location is super convenient. The hotel room is right up high in the sky and you can have the best view of Tokyo. Breakfast is also good. And there are some good restaurants on the same building at 3rd/4th floor as well. (Picture are the view from hotel room and lobby)
CChengPerfect location for shopping with major malls located with 10mins walk. The hygiene of the street outside the hotel is below expectation but that’s not what the hotel is responsible for. Type C port next to the bed makes charging convenient. The self laundry service costs 600 yen for 2-hour washing and drying without the need to bring detergent. Another convenient service is the drinking fountain on each floor with the choice of iced, room temperature and hot water.

It’s quite a distance from subway and the room is quite outdated
Not sure why the housekeeping kept all the room slippers and not throwing them. They mixed mine and my friend’s slipper so we have to use new one but then they didn’t throw the old ones and it accumulate to 7-8 pairs by the end of trip and it’s very messy. And they didn’t throw our rubbish when they did the housekeeping. Not sure if it’s the bedding but I got rashes over my body and it’s so itchy till now (I’ve checked out on 27 September)
CCielYukiThe uniqueness of this five-star hotel is that it offers unparalleled comfort and first-class service. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, we can meet your needs here. I was impressed with the modern amenities and thoughtful details in the hotel room. What's more worth mentioning is that the hotel's waiters always maintained smiles and enthusiasm, which made me feel more cordial and warm. If you are looking for a quality five star hotel then this hotel is undoubtedly your best choice.
Ppraty-pp👍 good. And recommended. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Akihabara Station. 🚉 the location is great not just for the connectivity but also shopping - Yodibashi Akiba for all electronics. There’s UniQlo, GU, and a lot of restaurants nearby.
Typical of Japanese hotels, the room sizes are quite small. It’s difficult to open two luggage at the same time. 😢
The room was clean, bathroom good as well. Bathtub 🛁 is good 👍.
HhitoyinGood location and it is convenient to 東銀座站, and it is 10-15 mins walk to GINZA SIX. Good service provided by staff. Although the room is a bit small, I had a good sleep in the bed. TV is only provided with YouTube, which is ok. I would definitely stay here again.
MMurahariOnly 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station (Exit North/W) along the way there are several shops including konbinis like Lawson and Family Mart.. there's also an AEON supermarket right next door! Love that this quiet neighborhood has so many facilities next to each other. Infront of the property there's a halal Pakistani Restaurant which adds a bonus for any traveller staying there. Also, the onsen within the property was what attracted me in the first place, Japan isn't Japan w/o a trip to an onsen and having one downstairs in the hotel is a convenient relief after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo! Will definetly return for future stays!
DdyhxNot my first time staying here and as usual, they don't accord complimentary early check in, even when they have availability. They are truly a 3* that's pretending to be 4* but charging rates of a 5*. Paying through the roof just for the location. The rooms are dated and small, yet having paid over SGD340 per night for a single room (1 super single bed), and the entire room came with just 1 powerpoint socket. I'm further disappointed that having stayed here almost annually for 5 years in a row pre-covid, they've never bothered to track my preferences and I really dread a room far away from the lifts where I have to drag my heavy luggage through carpeted flooring and dragging my feet after a long day of walking. Goes to show how much they value repeated guests. The front desk staff have lost their smiles except for the 2 younger ones managing the luggage storage. The staff on the day I checked out were a little friendlier but yes, don't expect complimentary late check out either.
Room is also only made up upon request, if you fail to place the magnet on your door before 12nn, it'll not be cleaned.
GGuest UserThe hotel uses self-service check-in. This time, we have two adults and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. The room looks very big in the photo, but it would be a bit awkward to put two suitcases in. This time, I was more disappointed when I entered the room. I found that the cleaning was not very clean, there was a lot of hair from the previous tenant, and there was dust on the refrigerator. The towels provided by the hotel have a strong smell of bleach, so it is recommended to bring your own towels.
The location is about 15 minutes from the station. The only good thing is that the eel rice next door is delicious.
