It is located along a thin minor road from Asahi station on the TOBU Tojo line for about 5 minutes. It is close to the station but the surrounding is in a quiet location. Because there is no parking lot, in the case of car use, the parking lot will be stopped at the coin parking around. The lobby is narrow and there is a front desk immediately after entering the door. The front desk was a good impression. It is like a national hotel chain, and it is possible to use it with peace of mind without being insufficient as a business hotel. I think it is good as an option if it is not used by car around Asaka station.

During my recent trip to Japan, I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel located next to JR Kitatoguchi Station. It is undoubtedly an excellent choice with extremely convenient transportation. Whether I plan to travel to the busy city center of Tokyo or explore the tranquil city of Saitama, this hotel's location makes my travels extremely convenient. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was touched by the hospitality of the staff. Not only did they check in quickly, they also introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding transportation information in detail, which made me look forward to the upcoming trip. The hotel's rooms are designed with both modernity and comfort in mind, providing an ideal space to relax and unwind. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's rest every night. In addition, the free Wi-Fi in the room is very fast, which greatly facilitates my work and social needs. The transport links near the hotel are impressive. JR Kitatoguchi Station is just a short walk away and I could easily take the train to the main attractions in Tokyo and Saitama. In addition, there are many restaurants and shops around, making it very convenient whether you are looking for authentic Japanese cuisine or simple shopping. Overall, this hotel next to JR Kitatoguchi Station left a deep impression on me during my trip to Japan with its unparalleled location, comfortable accommodation and friendly service. Whether traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel to friends who plan to travel to this area.

Room is good size compare to other same price hotel in Tokyo. Three minute walk to the outlook tower. 15 minute walk to Shinjuku JR station. Shinjuku NS Building is also three minute walk. We stayed in this hotel for three nights. However the laundry room was locked for all 3 days in the main building, we have to walk to another building (in the heavy rains), otherwise it was a nice hotel , we will definitely come back for this price. Clean and friendly staff as well.

I admit that the environment is very good. The environment of Japanese hotels is basically very good. However, this capsule hotel has too many rules. You need to take off your shoes when entering the store, check out at 10 o'clock after staying for two days, and you need a travel permit to go out at night. In addition, the locker for luggage is very small. Most of the people who stay here are Japanese. If you don't speak the language, it is really inconvenient because there are many rules. They explain and gesture to you every time you go out. It takes too much time for me. If it is your first time to Japan, I suggest you don't stay in this hotel. The Japanese are very friendly and can help me with any difficulties I encounter. This is very good and I can't experience it in China.

An extremely comfortable stay. We were wowed the second we step into our hotel rooms, amazed by the wonderful beds and beautiful toilets specifically designed to be as spacious as possible, making it one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It was a welcomed surprise when we saw RESTAURANTS and LAWSON right inside the hotel, such that it takes less than FIVE minutes to buy food to enjoy inside our rooms, which are equipped with a vintage desk that serves as both our dining table as well as our makeup table. As for attractions nearby, it’s like icing on cake. With train stations close by and an iconic amusement park right outside our hotel windows, it is more ideal than we expected it to be. Here, we’d like to especially recommend the restaurant on 2/F that serves roasted meat, Thunder Dolphin, and Water Drop. These locations brought immense joy to our family. Regarding services, the hotel check-in and check-out services are convenient and operates 24 hours a day, with helpful staff stationed nearby ready to help us anytime anyday. The hotel rooms are also diligently cleaned by the sanitary staff. Overall, a definite 10 out of course 10 stay.

What's more worth mentioning is that the hotel's waiters always maintained smiles and enthusiasm, which made me feel more cordial and warm. If you are looking for a quality five star hotel then this hotel is undoubtedly your best choice.

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Location is perfect if u are visiting Big Sight for any events; only 3 mins away. The hotel provides just regular services nothing to shout out for. Room is stuffy, no ventilation n worse is the “butt flushing function of toilet is non functional in my room. Will try its next door competitor next time I’m here again

Near Narita airport with shuttle bus to Narita train station, Aeon mall and Narita airport. Hotel is with Lawson 24hrs convenience store and Onsen. Breakfast is excellent with wide variety of local and international food. Recommend to choose the new wing rather than the old wing with bigger room as its old as suggested by previous hotel guests 👍
