I book this hotel before the day change and its open to check in until 23:59 pm which is really helps me on that day. The service was really good and the room was spacious and clean with a good view. There also some small garden space on the front desk floor and we can see the Tokyo Skytree. Really recommend!

On a next visit, I would definitely come back here. A good value for money. In case of early arrival, you can drop off your luggage at the reception. Hotel is located within walking distance of the station, on the main street. Check-in from 3pm (room 803) neat room with every comfort, I always have to move something here to make optimal use of the space. I've been here before, never use AC and always have the window open, it's noisy from traffic. Several kombini and restaurants in the area. This hotel also remains my favorite and will definitely come back here.

This is the most satisfying accommodation during this trip to Japan. It has very complete facilities. We washed all our clothes during the three days we stayed there. It is fully equipped with home appliances. We can put the food we bought in the refrigerator and eat it however we want. There is a Family Mart downstairs and various restaurants and pubs. It is very lively and only three minutes away from the Yamanote Line. The family room for four people has tatami for children and beds for adults. There is a big dining table. It is no problem to open two suitcases in the room. We will continue to choose this hotel when we come to Japan next time!

It provides small amounts of utensils, knife, one small saucepan and a small rice cooker to make simple meals. No instruction on how to remove our adapter on one of the special socket with safety locking system. No lift! We were carrying our suitcases all way up to fifth floors through a narrow staircase in a hot summer, 36-41 degree Celsius! Over all, it is a good place to stay if you don’t mind the stairs.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood near Akihabara Station. Will need to walk about 15mins but there from Akihabara Station. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and there's a simple but delicious sandwich provided for breakfast. Only issue was that there's no window in the room that we stayed in. The only available window was the one in the bathroom. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

Although breakfast is free, the ingredients are very good, broccoli, blueberries, etc. are served almost every day, and soup containing mushrooms of water-soluble dietary fiber, I also liked Japanese avocado and chicken. Carrots and seafood carpaccio were also delicious. I think it's included in the room rate, but it was a very healthy breakfast compared to the Richmond I used to use so far. As for the room, it's a business hotel, so can't it be helped? If you dare to say it, I would like you to light up the corridor and the elevator hall on the first floor every morning. The staff were also polite and nothing happened during my stay. If you have a large suitcase, it is easier to get to the hotel by using the elevator that is only on the Asakusa Line side of the metropolitan government. There is only a long staircase at the ４ exit next to the hotel, so it is difficult to go up the stairs with luggage. On rainy days, it is better to walk underground to the hotel. It was a terminal station that was easy to use because there was a ２ station on the JR Sobu Line to Tokyo Station and a ２ line on the Asakusa Line to Narita Airport.

This hotel is located in a great spot - close to three different train stations, walk to Senso-ji temple. The size is excellent for an adult and 3 teenagers. It is very clean and has a fridge, freezer and Washing machine and dryer. The airline misplaced my luggage and the hotel staff went out of their way to help me. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is in a quiet location about 30mins walk to the Tokyo Station. It's pretty convenient to travel by bus and train. There's a lot of nice restaurants around but not very close to shopping malls. The room is small but clean. It's nice to have window that can open. Overall, it's good value for money.

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.
