Located in Omotesando, there are many art galleries nearby, which is suitable for visiting. It is a pleasant surprise to stay in a hotel in Tokyo. It is clean and hygienic. It is not like a small capsule, but has a large space. There is also a public area for chatting. There is a Thai restaurant on the first floor with complete facilities. The store supports English, Japanese and Chinese. The boss is very nice, and there is also a very commendable ********* employee Dan, who is serious and responsible, and folds clothes very neatly. Very cute, warm , small and petite lobby . Lobby would be the size of a large bedroom with a small sit out ( about 2 sofas) and desk . People at the desk are super friendly . Most can understand English at the desk and one of the front desk lady speaks impeccable english ( she stayed in US for few years ). I stayed in such a small room for the first time. If you are travelling with 2 suitcase, there is probably no space to put both of them. I didnt like the bed though : wrought iron bed , bit creaky and shaking. I personally like beds that you can sit and lean on while reading ... not possible here. The room lighting is very dim and i have never seen such small bathrooms/ shower before. The railway station is 10 minutes walk, many eateries right in front ( local japanese, turkish, Indian, american diner, Thai food ... most options available ). Shibuya

It is used for business trips. It's quite a walk from Akasaka-mitsuke Station, but you can do some shopping at a convenience store along the way. Depending on the direction of your room, you may have a good view. The room I stayed in was on the side of a group of buildings, so it wasn't very nice, but since I was on a business trip, it wasn't a problem. Check-in at the reception was very smooth and the receptionist was professional. Security is perfect as you enter the elevator with a card key. The room is neither large nor small, but it is enough for one person to sleep. The bathroom was relatively large and comfortable.

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

Adequate room size, clean (comes with air filter), complete amenities are provided and then some. They also have a self-service, first-come-first-serve locker/baggage room in case you arrive early before check-in time ( I believe it's also available if you checked-out and require a place to leave your luggage before moving to your next destination). Location wise, although it was manageable, it's still quite a distance from Shinjuku Stn and can be a challenge if lugging a suitcase or traveling with a kid. Overall is was a good experience, a nice comfortable space worth its price tag.

It was really nice. There’s not that many hotels that serve a room for 3 people but here has it. I didn’t want a room with camp bed or folding bed. The additional bed was cosy here. The room was quite small for three people but we almost didn’t stay in the room and just came here for a sleep so it was fine. Two convenience stores are near to the hotel and it’s really close to the subway station Hanzomon so I thought it’s a perfect choice for the Tokyo trip. Plus next to the hotel there’s a quick soba restaurant maybe for the morning business man was cheap and the taste is also not bad. If you’re busy you can try it

The location of the hotel was not the most optimal. The nearest train station was a 5-10 mins walk away. And there was another long walk through the underpass to get to the brown line that we frequently used, which resulted in us deciding to lug our luggages to deposit at the lockers in the train station (so that we don’t have to walk back). Room was decently spacious for the price point that we paid.

Hotel is located across from the station, about 5-7min walk. the hotel is behind some building that's on the main road. Just gps it's general direction and walk towards it, then pay attention for writing/signs that direct you to the lobby. Hotel comes with its own mini plaza, with retail shops, food court, restaurant, kids bowling, convenient store, tax free shops, cosmetics, pharmacy, etc. Service is efficient and polite. The room is small obviously because it is Tokyo Japan. But the room is Japanese clean, so you can be sure that comfort level is there. Everything in the room serves a purpose and no space is wasted. typical Japan plastic cramped bathroom, yet very clean, spotless, feels newer, strong shower flow that will ease your full day of walking around town.

This hotel is excellent, location is very good, near many sights in Tokyo, staff are very nice, and really take consideration on our needs, will visit this hotel when we travel to Tokyo again.
