A little bit disappointed given the inflated price I paid to stay at this hotel. Granted, I stayed over a weekend but it was definitely not worth near what I paid. The room is in much need of a refurbishment, very dated and very worn. The bathroom is tiny and the room needs better lighting. On the plus side, I found the bed and pillow very comfortable compared to others I have slept on in Japan.

The room is simple and clean. It looks a bit old but the maintenance and management is good. The price is very cost-effective. It is very attractive and is only a 3-minute walk from the station. I will stay here again next time.

Stayed a few days after opening a year ago. 2019/10/4 It was a new hotel that was newly opened and was fresh without staying at a hotel that had not been opened so far at that time. The location of the hotel is perfect, only 5 minutes away from Ikebukuro station with various train lines, making it easy to go everywhere. The in-room facility is comprehensive, and the 24/7 free coffee at lobby is a sweet perk. What satisfied me the most is the service of staff: On the first night staying at the hotel, I got confused with how to use the showerhead. I thus took a picture of the facility and went down to the reception for help, only hoping for the staff to ”talk” me through the steps. To my surprise, a young staff member offered to go up to my room and show me how. He went straight into the bathroom to demonstrate patiently how to use each button and knob. Apart from going this extra mile, all other staff are also helpful and polite. I am already looking forward to staying at the b Ikebukuro again on my next trip to Toyko!

We had a pleasant holiday in Ikebukuro WING. Although at first we were taken aback by the size of the room (we went to Tokyo for the first time), we got used to it at the end. The staff and the convenient location make up for the size. Walking distance from Ikebukuro Yamanote Line Station 10-15. There is a convenience store next to the hotel. Ikebukuro itself is very lively, close to the station, there is a huge Saiwu shopping mall, close to many eating and entertainment venues. However, the hotel is in a quiet alley, so there is no noise interference. A minute walk from the old Arakawa line. WIFI signal was weak in our room but the staff at the front desk promptly agreed to change us to a different suite. To our surprise, the staff had moved all the luggage and things to the new room. We definitely recommend this hotel to others. We didn't have a free breakfast for our room rate. All in all a good experience.

I always use this hotel for my stay in Tokyo. It has always been excellent whenever I visited precovid. However this time, the room was not very clean and I even had to feedback as the bed gave me rashes. Not sure why they would just change the duvet cover without changing the bedsheets. But other than that everything else was good, including the accessibility, staff service and view was beautiful from our room.

Fantastic place to stay. Despite the compact size, the room was incredibly well-equipped, clean, and even with window here you can see the Tokyo tower. I look forward to returning.

Despite the room being small, it has all the basic necessities. My son loves the bath tub, as he could play with the bath bombs. Location is good and you don’t have to walk long way back to hotel. Many convenient stores, pastries shops, fast food and small restaurants. Quiet town, and easy to navigate. Two subway stations - JR and Metro to transit to various parts of Tokyo.

It is a hotel opened in front of Ikebukuro Higashiguchi station in February 2021. On the second floor of the hotel, there is a delicious restaurant called Heart, but if you ask for a hotel breakfast plan, you can eat a freshly baked fluffy sufrepan cake here. It was available. Relatively near to ikkebukuro train station with PARCO and Lumine nearby. Breakfast was nice, with wide range (nice curry) but not spectacular. Room a little small and not enough plugs, but to be expected of somewhere in central Tokyo.
